Can BYD Atto 3 EV do 220 KMs under 50% Battery? Kathmandu to Pokhara on BYD Atto 3 EV Part 1

- Travelling To Pokhara from Kathmandu on my BYD Atto 3 for the first time. The total distance covered is 220 KM from Kathmandu to Pokhara.
This is the Superior Variant (Extended Battery: 60.48 kWh) which has the WLTP range of 420 kms. Let’s check how does it perform in terms of power, torque, suspension, comfort, ground clearance and most importantly the range.
I will also try to breakdown the price of EV charging Cost and Fuel Saving cost in comparison to ICE. In this video, I will be using the alternate route from Damauli - Dui Piple - Pokhara.
I have also explained about the charging stations in the Prithivi Highway, road conditions and the new four Lane road from Aanbhukhireni to Damauli.

Ani phr-KTM on omada was 44kWh है (from your another video)
I think this parameter is useful, telling the total energy used for the trip used and then drivers can plan accordingly.
NB ~ 31kWhr (units) used from ktm-pkr
As 50% was consumed, the vehicle is 60.48 kWh so the total battery consumption is 30.24 kWh.
I sometimes include that kWh consumption but will try mention it on all upcoming videos.
@@CarHaru thankyou.. I try to tell my trips in total energy used so that my friends can calculate the same, as their percentage is different than mine..this gives them confidence that atleast they have said amount of energy in car's battery and don’t develop range anxiety

Sunroof is not weak, the material used on Panaromic Sunroof blind actually need to be of light material. Most of the vehicles with Panaromic Sunroof has this disadvantage as the heats get through it as the blinds need to open/close automatically which indeed use soft type of material.

After 2 years, EV owner in Nepal will be crying like a baby. No resell, outdated technology, no support or good maintenance and the EV fad will wear off. EV is just a disposable car for 4 - 5 years.
