Honestly, I love them both equally. They're great programs for artists! CSP just happens to have several more options and handy tools that helps speeding up my drawing process

you friggin genius. my artstyle is what i would describe as "sharp" with lots of pointy and jagged lines. it's kind of hard to make clothing. this helps like, ALOT.
Aaaaa thank you so so much for this tutorial! Shading and drawing clothes are the most hardest to draw for me even though I use references. At first, I didn't know where to put the folds or where to shade it that's why sometimes I leave my art unfinished. But I really appreciate the tutorial! The folds explanation were really helpful too! The whole tutorial and your other tutorials were very helpful ^^ It was also very well explained, I appreciate it, and thank you again! :D ✨✨💕

Beyond that, I love that you started by indicating the importance of the reference and the types of fabrics, and that it ends with the same message, the use of the reference is super important in everything we draw

I'm definitely bad at drawing clothes so I saw this tutorial and was like "this looks helpful". Hopefully I understand folds a bit better now.
Could you do a follow-up video to this one where you talk about coloring the clothes?💕 I feel like there's no video out there about coloring clothes into anime styles.
Just do the lightest color of the color U want and then pick the darkest of that color and shade it in where you feel it would have shadow
Your tutorials go SO much further in depth about things, past draw this like me, you know? I've been able to point out where I'm lacking in my art, work on those things, and in turn improve in such a short amount of time. I don't have much money so it means a whole lot you put out entire lessons for free online.

I've been struggling a lot to make clothes look like clothes on my characters, and it often looks like the clothes are extremely tight-fitting. I really needed this video, and I also use Clip studio, so it's even more easier to understand for me!

I can NOT thank you enough for this video! This helped me so much because I never added texture to clothing and I did the generic/weird puffy trope for thicc clothes (where the area near the wrists, hip/waste, and ankles were bigger like on mom jeans). All the clothes I drew looked bland because of it. After learning more in-depth in your video, all the clothes I make look so much better! I am forever grateful! 💖😆🙏

Thank you for this, I've been meaning to look up some tutorials on clothing and just happened to come across this linked on DA and had some time to watch right now so I did. I have been looking at references for clothing but I wasn't really getting what I needed to be able to just draw it, but your explanations have given me some other things to consider so hopefully I will start moving in the right direction. I mostly just like drawing fluffy tails so I've really refined that with some custom brushes I've adjusted over time and I can paint on hair/fur in a way I really like, but now I'm trying to catch up the rest of my artwork to try to get some kind of style that works with it.
This helps alot! I have learned so much from you! I can draw hands better nowz and I've learned how to draw clothing with types of folding. Thank you so much! 👍
