Ruth is an amazing singer, but unfortunately she was utterly wasted in a song that was just painfully uninspired. It's just a run-of-the-mild power ballad that, outside of a couple of high notes to show off Ruth's voice, has absolutely nothing noteworthy. You'll find thousands of power ballads just as good, if not better than it with just a quick Spotify search. It got some extra points with the sober, yet beautiful stage production, but that's pretty much it. It's a shame, really.
Actually they seem to be very good listeners, probably the best so far. Whilst others would just talk over and discuss everything but the song. And sure, that's a type of reaction but I prefer reactors like this who seem to like to listen and learn more than drawing attention to themselves.
