I was on stage, in the violin section when you played this concerto with the Kansas City symphony some ten years ago. I had tears through out this movement, it was very hard to see the music. I will never forget that performance.
Thank you so much Augustin, I really really enjoyed watching you playing this amazing and awesome concerto, I really really love ❤️ it all, but I wouldn’t be watching if it wasn’t for you. You bring everything to life around you. You are absolutely and utterly incredible and I really really love ❤️ everything you do. Because, that’s really because you are so absolutely professional and really really really talented too. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags
Dvorak's 3rd mov. always reminded me of the flair of Beethoven's 3rd mov. I've always prefer to listen to Beethoven's 3rd mov until I listen to "Augustin" (my favorite violin virtuoso of our time) playing this live recording like "7" times in a roll. Love ya, Augustin! :-)
Augustin Hadelich played this Dvorak concerto with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra last night (October 19, 2013). He was absolutely amazing. Outstanding sound, great interpretation, perfect phrasing, every note so rich from pianissimo to fortissimo. Lots of emotion.
jabafish it was sweet! ❤️he has a pianist who accompanies him some, named Orion Weiss, who does the same thing when playing the piano. I think they’re so absorbed in the music, they almost can’t help themselves! I love how they get so into it!
Dopo la scomparsa del grande Heifetz , oggi si possono contare i grandi concertisti . Mr. Hedelich ha superato l anziano Perlman ed è nella categoria di Maxim Vangerov 🎵🎻🎻
Wunderbar!!!Danke schon, Augustin !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌞🌞🌞🌞💐💐💐💐💖💖💖🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹❤️❤️❣️❣️❣️🌟

Noemi Miloradovic what a lovely memory to have. ❤️
I listened this piece again and again. Glad to know I am not alone and glad to hear musicians in the orchestra were touched by his performance too.
Sound from Heaven!
