Wonderful traction motor sounds. Gotta love the absolute hellfire motors. However I still think the 317/6s that AGA use are the best for motor "thrash"
Make the most of these Class 317;s, these soon to be retired from Great Northern route including the 321 which is being replace by the Class 377's once the new Class 700's are deliver and are in full service on the Thameslink line from St Pancras to Bedford and Luton. These Class 317's have seen better days.

yeah they have been great those 317s . :) but no one is sure at the moment if its the 377 or 387s nobody knows :)
I thought this was during the evening, when I saw the sky getting brighter later on in that video, it made me think that it was filmed during sunrise.

I dread the very day they remove traction noises from a train, their really important man. If that happens anyway
You are not kidding the day they do they will loose there passion I think but omg was the best ever :)
