      It has just came out that one black lady on the jury found Simpson not guilty because of the Rodney King beating, and she wasn’t the only one who thought that way. A couple other black ladies felt that way. They let a m@rderer walk free because of what happened to another man.

      Only needed one that was firm on him not being guilty to get the rest to fall in line with them. It's one of the issues with the jury system. Nobody really wants to be there, so often they follow the most vocal and confident person just because that gets it done faster. Also OJ's lawyers did just enough to bring a bit of doubt into the court room, things like the fact that the glove wouldn't fit on his hand because OJ stopped taking his arthritis medication. All they needed to do was convince one juror that he was innocent and make sure that enough of the other 11 weren't 100% convinced so that they would follow that one juror.

      @kennethpriestman4255 หลายเดือนก่อน +14

      Yes. The burden of proof for a conviction is much less in a civil trial in that you only have to believe it was more likely than not (over 50% sure) to determine guilt if you're a juror. Whereas as in Criminal trial the standard is "beyond a reasonable doubt" someone is guilty. OJs lawyers were able to provide reasonable doubt in the criminal trial by proving some evidence was planted by the LA PD and also the glove fiasco which produced the now famous saying:"If it does not fit, you must acquit". There was believed to be a racial factor in the makeup of the jury in the criminal trial but that is only speculation so I won't get into it.

The suicide note, low speed car chase, the bloody crime scene, Kato Kaelin getting his 15 minutes of fame. Even Kato knows OJ was guilty. Shapiro and Kardashian knew he was guilty! You can see the look of shock on Kardashian’s face when the verdict was read! That verdict was a direct retaliation for the Rodney King case. I don’t know how the jurors sleep at night. But Nicole and Ron don’t have to worry about running into their murderer in Heaven. Cochran, Bailey, and OJ are enjoying the heat.
