This is the biggest fear for me. Not seeing my children grow into wonderful adults is a devastating thought imo. (Edit) not so much leaving them sad and alone because death is a part of life we all have to deal with and its healthy to understand that. I just dont want to go too early, its one of the reasons I had kids young.

i had a stroke Jan 26, 2017. after the shock wore off and thinking i was dying, it was peaceful. no pain at all. i talked to my pastor, who says i have a very odd view of god. When the spark of life enters your body, that's the ball of energy Joe talks about. Eternal energy. when you die, that goes back to the source. call it what you want, but that is the source, God, whatever. I've been close to the edge a couple times. this is not the end here, just another step on the path. fear nothing.

Because there evidence already saying that your Brian is not connected with your soul there separate. Your soul makes your brain run and when u pass your soul moves into the other life and NDE are true I know someone who had one and he wasn’t under no drugs or nothing he wasn’t even at the hospital it was outside and there’s people who are able to talk with spirits and communicate with them so ‼️

During my NDE, my whole life flashed before my eyes. I actually was like "wow, I lived well so if it's time to go...I'm ready". I got to say goodbye to my entire family before I decided to go. It was beautiful. My soul burst thru the cosmos like a shooting star all the way to the very end/top. I turned back into a star and my soul tribe was waiting for me when I arrived. There was a big homecoming celebration. It was serene and I was felt pure love. Coming back to my Earthly body, I actually wake up a little sad everyday thinking about how much I miss my "family" on the other side. I feel like a lonely alien on a mission to Earth. I love my Earth fam, but I've always felt this longing to finish my mission here and return home to rest. My soul is tired but we are here to help the Earth.

    • @trst361
      @trst361 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

I love this, the experience of reuniting with your soul tribe. How resonant and there is a lot room to grow compassion for yourself when you recognize yourself for the lonely alien you are.
I'm thinking of another story (I have no NDE) one in which you are trying to take a journey and the best/quickest/only way to get there is through a human incarnation. "Oh man, that seems so scary, but... I think I can do it." Then after you die you remember it was part of the journey. Just a story.

@Wolf XIII you're not alone. I feel exactly the same. I am actually excited about death but terrified of living. If everyone loved their neighbor as themselves, I'd love life. Anyone with any discernment knows that this world is full of wickedness, selfishness, lack of empathy, greed, narcissism. Death is such a gift to those who see things for the way they are. Religion has filled the world with lies and fables that cause us to fear death.

My dad dropped dead twice, once in my driveway and once on the surgery table during open heart surgery. He had a story pretty similar to CT's. Basically went into a dream state where all his passed away loved ones were waiting for him. He said he was so happy and peaceful, but his father told him it wasn't his time yet where he woke up to my mom beating on his chest. He wasn't much of a spiritual or god believing guy before that moment, but after it he is CERTAIN there's something more. He isn't sold entirely on religion but he swears that there's something more after death, and some type of God out there. I'm an engineer and agnostic, but I believe my dad when he re-tells the experience, my dad's the opposite of a bullshitter, definitely hard to explain other than some type of natural psychedelic trip triggered when the heart stops

My grandmother was hospitalised when she was 87 after an illness. she told me of her experience, 'she was at the bottom of the stairs in her house being called upstairs by her two deceased sisters and her mother shrouded in light. She said she's not ready yet and woke up'. Could've been a dream but ironicly she died at 94 after having fallen down the stairs in the night. Without going into five pages of typing, it was a "very peaceful experience" others were there, whom I did not know, but they made it very clear I had more to do and I was sent back. I also no longer fear death. Physical death is not the end...but instead it's simply a new and incredible beginning.

I was there with him to see him off.... honestly a huge part of me died with him... and now I'm trying to come back to life. He was the last of my family. My mother committed suicide when I was 7 and my little brother passed about 5 years ago... then my best friend... I have my wife which I'm beyond grateful for but other than her and our fur babies... I'm alone. Don't really have friends anymore. Just gotta keep pushing on.. at least I'm doing what I love I guess.

@@cheeseynips5947 You leave your body and 'pop' into someplace else. That someplace else looks (for me at least it did) very similar to the place you were when you died, but colors and the things near you are slightly different - cleaner, brighter. Your hyper conscious, fully aware and thinking as you would normally (though it is also different in that your thinking is way more clear, and you feel more you, more complete - theres more to you than when your alive). 'Vision is similar to what you would expect, but also different - things are less solid but more brilliant and intense with vivid colors. The sensation of joy/peace he is talking about, its a super strong feeling of tranquility/happiness that feels like its physically throughout your body (or what you think is your body - your physical body is no longer a part of you). It also feels like warmth which is coming from a source of light like a sun. When you move, it feels just like you would expect in life, but your no longer stuck to the earth with gravity as bizarre as this sounds (which is pretty bizarre). When you put your hand in front of your face for instance, you feel your arm move as you would expect, and you know it should be there, but you can't see your body parts at all. If you stare at your hand for instance long enough, a translucent shape will start to appear, but its almost like a trick of the mind causing you to see what you think you should see. Your hand wont appear as you expect it to. I was floating upwards slowly, facing the ground. When you return back to your body, you'll forever forward feel like real life is a dream. It's all very difficult to explain. Theres just not the right words in our vocabulary to describe whatever it is.
It scared the crap out of me. Though it was a beautiful experience. I was in awe and confusion of what i was seeing and feeling. I couldn't figure out what was going on. What is this sensation? How can I be floating? Where are my hands? Wtf is going on?? Then it hit me. I was dead.

My heart stopped for several seconds the first time I overdosed, after not breathing on my own without CPR for a good 25 minutes. While I was blacked out I saw my dead pops in a white room in front of two white doors, one closed. The open one had flames licking out from it, and I could feel the heat. He told me this was my last chance and I had to change my life. Then I looked at the open door and I could hear what sounded like a stadium of people screaming in agony. Very much like that scene in Constantine when it shows the sea of people in Hell, but at the time that movie hadn’t even been made yet. After I came to I was so terrified and shaken. Not because I almost died but because I had never believed in anything like Hell or even in Christianity. After that I didn’t know what to think. After all the years reflecting on it and ODing again several times, I’ve concluded it was not Hell but a simple warning from my pops from another dimension of afterlife or my subconscious to keep me from dying for good, but I can’t believe there’s a place like that. I had one dream the night my friend died and he came to me out of blinding bright light interrupting my dream and I was so amazed because I knew he just died. He told me he’s completely fine and that I should never be scared of death or to ever worry about anything ever, because after we die we go home. It was bizarre. That felt more real than the overdose trip. So maybe it was all just my subconscious or maybe it was all inter dimensional communication from loved ones passed on. Who knows.

I think of that. I also try to think of time before I existed. I wasn't worried about that, and I guess I shouldn't worry about after I'm gone. I don't know where I'm going. If it's nothing, it will be just like before. If there's something, hopefully its good. If I come back here, and I don't recall any of this, well then I'll just go with it. The panic and the anxiety, nobody enjoys it. But, if there's anything that makes us all the same, it's that we feel the same things.
I miss my dad. Died in 2016. His death turned my world upside down. I truly hope there is a heaven, because he deserves it.

I have my own near death experience. And its more than " so peaceful ". Its an overwhelming peace. Like everything's right in the world. Or like being a baby in the arms I'd your mother again. After my NDE, I had a " spiritual awakening ". Now I remember two past lives, and I'm a different person than the me before I had these experiences. I'm with ct on this. I feel like " I know " there's something after death. I also feel guilty for having these experiences though. But maybe I'm mentally ill or some type of schizophrenic. Who knows....doubt is part of this experience. You have my complete permission to think I'm crazy. Just dont call me a hippy lol.
There's a lot of people on this " new age spiritual movement " who are just regurgitating information they dont understand. I dont go around telling people I know the meaning of life cause I dont. And even if I did, how tf am I gonna give that to you? A lot of the new age spiritual movement is negative. People selling books, or " healing crystals ". Be mindful of that.... love your fellow man cause separation is an illusion. wish you all the best.

Plus, even though his heart only stopped, he is still far more qualified to quantify whether or not death is the end than you, or quite a lot of people are.

One common thread I've witnessed which fascinates me is most people visit/visited by friends and family through all times of life. I can vouch for what Mr. Fletcher said. 2 yrs ago, I put my left arm through a window of my house and by the time the ambulance got to me I was experiencing what are called death throes. Death throes is the uncontrollable convulsing and thrashing of your body because your organs are shutting down due to rapid blood loss. I remember being in the ambulance and hearing one of the EMT's telling me that he was going to cut my pants off. After 4 or 5 snips of the shears everything went black and silent and I felt as if I were floating in water. I've never felt the kind of peace and comfort I felt there and this reality never crossed my mind. The voice of a young woman, I'd say the voice of a woman in her twenties said,
"Hi, Kelly"'. Without hesitation I said,
"Hi, Nana. I miss you". She said, "I miss you too Kelly, but you can't stay this time"
I said, " But, I love you Nana and want to stay here with you". She said, " I love you too, but you can't stay". My eyes fluttered open and I was surrounded by beeping machines and medical staff. I remember a felling of sadness about having to come back to this place. I have a strong sense that this place is not our home, but where I went or was on my way to is our true home. Like Mr. Fletcher, I no longer fear death but will welcome it the next time it comes calling. I'm anxious and excited about going back to that place and think about it every day.

The sad part is even if we have a consciousness after death, will we also get to see our loved ones that have passed who’ve we’ve missed so much. ☹️

This man speaks the truth. I survived a plane crash 11 years ago...and had a near death experience like CT explains here. I did a vid about my experience if anyone wants to check it out...but I feel the same as CT and know there is something on the other side...I saw it....briefly...but I saw and experienced it.

This just made me feel so at ease about death, I’ve been paranoid for years about what happens when you die but now I can cancel that dark cloud in my life until I reach it eventually.

    I never died.
But when my sister did, she “haunted” me for two solid weeks. I did not sleep. I could not sleep. She was waiting for me there.
There she waited. In outfits I had never seen before. With colors on her face I had never seen her apply in life. Moving with the grace of a ghost.
I was granted the perception of time as we played with legos for what felt like 12 hours (I am currently 43 years old. I had never played this way with my older sister).
At the “end of the day”, I asked if, “we could do this tomorrow?”
I will never forget her look.
Her look as I came to the realization that she was dead.
I didn’t actually know it was possible to cry so hard. It began in the dream. The raw power of that emotion traversed whatever dreams are and I was already crying when I awoke.
Every time I closed my eyes for two weeks.
This was my personal proof. She is my fear-bearer. There might be an end, but death ain’t it.

MY DAD died just over 2 years ago when I was 19. Before the last week or 2 of his death, he kept telling my mum ( his wife ) that his own Mother was haunting him in dreams. I think it was also happening when he was drifting in and out of consciousness during that week of being very ill. Many people with near death experiences all seem to share similar stories which is comforting.
What is interesting to me about him talking about these visions of his mum haunting him is that my dad was 100% atheist eg not spiritual or religious, his stance was '' when you're dead, you're gone, nothing else happens '' and so for him to experience this gives me great hope we'll be safely transitioned into whatever comes after death.
I am not scared of what potentially happens after death but I am scared of the physical pain of death. At least it'll be temporary though! Take comfort knowing we're all in this together and have to inevitably experience living and dying.

Whats the saying " we are spiritual beings having a human experience" But theres a verse in the bible that states that God knew us before we knew ourselves. That to me says we originate in the spirit world probably explain why people who die feel so comfortable there.

you feel so 'comfortable' because you no longer have to deal with this existence or the fucking humans in it. tbh would have no issue pushing a big red button to wipe this planet clean of all humans
