We use to use a cover block on the cover which kept the cover in shape to apply liquid starch with a brush and let it dry overnight. Utilities were starched at the base cleaners and had sharp sleeve edges. Great video, enjoyed it. It brought back memories of my time in the Corps. Semper Fi 74-78
