Take out the bar, no need since there is a breakfast nook. This is only 1 bedroom.
L shape the sofa so the fireplace can be enjoyed. Open up the bedroom by taking out the wall between the closet and bed. Kitchen fridge can be smaller and add a pantry , also an oven....

Nice 1 bedroom (with a great storage area closet) 1 bath home. Kitchen with the island is great space use. Living room a bit cramped but workable.
This is an excellent plan . A couple minor changes and it would be ready to go for me! Excellent!
This is a very good plan, and my only comments are options. In a small house, storage can be a problem. The master bedroom has an excellent walk-in closet, but for other stuff the fireplace could be replaced by a tall cabinet for pantry and other storage. I'd also replace the round table with a rectangular one to seat more people. This place would work well for a single or couple.
