Hi @Techno Panda, I am personally not from Lenovo Support or any company to be in fact, But about the webcam, I'd like to inform you that as screens are demanded to be with thinner bezels and thinner chins and more screen, Obviously the camera senor will decrease in size, meaning that the quality will decrease, We until now, we are waiting for under screen cameras to become mainstream, Surely 720p cameras are pretty bad in quality but they do the job better than some, So I'd like to point that out, other than that the video was absolutely amazing.
Team Intel for me. The i5 always serves me perfectly well for everything I have ever needed, not a gamer at all so no need for all the HP and high end video stuff. Build quality and overall feel of this machine is perfect as far as I'm concerned. I got mine with the 11th gen i5 and 12g of ram so I'm set for a few years. Great review BTW and thanks for the time and effort.
Laptop lagged when using drawboard, obs studio and ivcam on Google Meet for teaching purposes. Pen too had some latency issues during this. Also, disappointed that I didn't get pen tip replacement. Please suggest where to buy from. Moreover, Laptop gets warm on left side of keyboard while Playing games like FIFA 19.

Hello, I'm loving this chromebook, but I'm noticing that with certain image results in chrome (since the most recent update) that many of the high resolution images are returning pixelated glitched images when you click on the image to view the preview of the image on the right side panel. Do you know how to remedy this issue? I've tried two different machines and both of these did the same thing once updating to the most recent chrome OS.

You should be able to view CAD files. But please note that this laptop does not have a discrete GPU, so doing anything more extensive in AutoCAD is probably not going to work well
I have a Flex 5i and is a great laptop. Only compaint, all of the sudden the USB-C stopped working. No power and doesn't recognize any devices either. I have hub with Ethernet but that's pretty useless now that the USB-C is not working. Thankfully, I have a USB3 hub with Ethernet. It was always on a desk and connected to a UPS so it can't be attributed to mishandling or power spike. I've had two other Lenovos with USB-C power supply and this is the 1st one that goes bad on me. Thankfully, they also come with a regular 3mm power plug and I had a spare inverter from an older lenovo so I'll survive with that until I can claim warranty repair.

Hi! I have a problem... I boight this laptop two times and I returned it two times... Both had coil whine (not loud, it was relatively quiet) and at lest one of them had dead pixels (I found dead pixels on the second laptop). I am not sure if I should buy a third pcs (same, but just 16 GB RAM instead of 8 because of same price) or go with Dell Inspiron 14z Touch 5406... What would you do? Thanks

I was planning to purchase idepad 5 until I actually came across a piece in showroom. It really packs a lot of performance but the build quality was compromised. It weighed heavily too. The keyboard was not upto the mark, felt little less tactile and trackpad was plastic. Fingerprint reader was very small too. Overall a great laptop except it's built.

Intel have thunderbolt Amd do not have it. So if you need it only intel will have it . With thunderbold you can use a externe gpu for more load if you need it and use your laptop on home on a dock. Think like games or autocat and more options. So this is somting to thinm about .

I have had good luck with both Flex 5 and Dell Inspiron. But I personally prefer the pen experience on Flex 5

No, you dont need screen protector. In fact it will interfere with the pen performance. The pen wont scratch your screen, dont worry
