Depends really on what ur fighting with but in general if ur fighting same to lighter enemies its better to just pop it off from the start. Much heavier that u cant face tank or u cant attack often better to use it when half ~ to low hp.
Or If you want to facetank something was a spino and a dasp used berserk right from the start and just spammed Bite Nearly made my adult spino half life its crazy

Really depends on what your planning on fighting. I would say the one better for larger dinosaurs as that will probably what you’ll struggle with most of the time.
@@ButterPrince345 chose the orange one cuz larger Dino’s such as allo sucho etc you take 25% less damage and u have faster hp regen. But you take 12.5% more damage from smaller Dino’s. The other hide is the exact opposite but you get more bucking buffs

Just a quick tip, you pop berserker AFTER you're low on health for the maximum damage boost, doing it at full health might as well be a fancy emote.
I say half health is the best
