The rice berry face serum by littliextra is among one of my favorite serums I have ever used. Its key ingredients feature vitamin C, ferulic acid, Vitamin E, and black rice water. This smooth and brightening serum efficiently penetrates my skin, acting as a hydrator. It gives instant brightness and glow to my skin; simply patting the serum dry on my face works. The serum's consistency is excellent, it's not overly sticky and feels lightweight, quickly absorbing quickly into the skin to leave it soft and smooth. I highly recommend trying this serum; you'll fall in love with your smooth skin!

As a fellow doctor (PhD neuroscientist here and psych professor) I actually get questions about my skin because I take good care of it. But, I spent some real money on skin products. My students don't have that tiny of money and I wanted to help them.

Yes please. We watch a whole video only to find out we can’t use so many of these products, or it is not mentioned at all. A dedicated video on what we CAN use for anti-aging and skin brightening? So far I am doing well on adapalene 3x a week since I moisturize before and after. Also my skin is much less red after starting CeraVe products (niacinamide) but it could really use some brightening and exfoliation. We never get to use the good stuff like SA, AHA, BHA, Vit C etc. 😢 What can we use instead please?

@@monermccarthy7198 I completely agree! I was just saying that's how it goes. I should've mentioned that these doctors are examining you it just may seem fast. Sometimes you just have to ask a question I believe most doctors have no problem giving you an answer. I do feel though that if you're not comfortable with your medical professional and/or don't feel like you can talk to them you may want to see someone else.

I discovered your channel today, I'm trying to get into a skincare routine, I'm almost 21 and I have never use anything related to skincare so I've been investigating a lot to see the best option for my oily skin (and considering I live in a country where is summer all year basically), and I have learn so much from you, you definetely got a new subscriber, I hope to not destroy or mess up my skin in my journey to find a good routine hahaha.
Right now the only product I've been able to buy is a cleanser, the cerave foaming cleanser, now I'm working to get a sunscreen :) I was trying to get the purito comfy water but I'm not sure, I read a few comments in another vids that says they dont have that much protection but they are not heavy, greasy or leaves a white cast, so now I'm not sure. I hope somebody can give me an honest opinion, if its a good sunscreen or not (if it really protects your skin or not)

I personally use a collagen supplement although I will admit we need more well-designed research studies on this practice to know if it is truly effective and can create lasting change on our skin. I think some smaller preliminary studies show promising results so I am hopeful! But I do not yet strongly recommend this product to my patients until there is better science behind it.
