I think a game mode focusing on strike aircraft would be very interesting since I like flying my ground attackers, I would actually be willing to try something like this, Now say for example you start the mission with your ground attacker or tactical fighter bomber or even a strategic bomber be at long range or short range or medium range for that matter, and the mission says enemy armor detected in sector D7 or enemy installation in sector G6, and your mission is to go over there and destroy or disrupt the enemy's movements in that sector. Now bear in mind these enemy installations wouldn't be completely Defenseless they would most possibly be SAM sites and radar guided guns, and you would have to destroy the surface to air missiles, and the anti aircraft guns before you can move on to destroying the enemy armor or installation, so they would have to be someone on your team that has the weapon capable of destroying those surface to air missiles and those guns from a safe distance, and it would be the same thing if you were flying a tu16, B47, or even a B-52 for that matter.

An update and refinement of the current Sim EC along with the addition of RB EC would be a really good solution.
The Strike Aircraft gamemode is sim. The harrier Spam is Crazy lol
i played it in sim (wish i had recorded it) i still think a gamemode is needed for them but sim is ok

You can just play Simulator battles, it's pretty much the most fun gamemode in war thudnder
