I like the tutorial , its very easy and simple but the hair is not 100% cut out. I have some "leftovers" if i put it on the white background. Any suggestion for it?

Go back into the mask mode and go over those parts again. Or you can try use the hue saturation or curves and try to reduce that white colour our of the image.
