Hello, i get them from various "channels" - ebay, FB marketplace, local flee market sites, other marketplace sites. It is difficult nowadays, phones became more and more hard to obtain. Also lots of my phones are bought like 10 years ago, i collect from lots of years ;)
It just can, you can set resolution and frames in the settings ;). 4k 60fps is officially supported by it, see the specs in gsmarena. Even iphone 8 can shoot in 4K/60fps but the quality is lower.
