Mesfin Elias, son of Hirut Bekele!! I was grade 3 student in 1977 EC and I remember this son transmitted on "Timhirt Beredio"; i used to love the son as a child!! Thanks for posting the best oldies!

Hi Belachew, I’m not quite sure bro, I was even surprised to find out he has a cassette and was another source of the La Fontaine’s songs, like “Yihuna”. I only knew about him when either his mom, Hirut, or his colleagues like Brook Asgedom, Bibisha Teferi or Mehiretab Kebede mention him when they’re talking about their bands of the late 1960’s and 1970s E.C. times.
