Thank you for watching!! No LUT just adjusting my color wheels, exposure, highlight/darks on a single adjustment layer till I got the look I like! Though a LUT would probably be easier and more consistent!

Thanks for watching!! I really appreciate the feedback! It is TOTALLY useful! It honestly makes the camera even that much more worth it! I make a single adjustment layer and tweak the color wheels, highlights/darks, exposure, etc until I get the look that I like. I should probably just find a LUT with a similar color profile and streamline my process!

thank you so much! i shot this in 4k, DLOG color profile, had an ND filter on in some of the shots in the beginning because it was so bright out. then just color graded in post. Nothing fancy, no magic tricks :-)
What are the settings for the pocket 3 , I just recently purchased one specifically for gym content and I need your settings that you have on it looks amazing !!

thank you so much! I appreciate that! Yes i used a 64ND filter because it was really bright out. then opened up premiere pro and tweak the highlights/darks/color wheels until i liked what I saw. Moving forward though i'm going to be using some Luts that I found that go with the vibe I like. I hope that helped! Thanks for the feedback!

Could you tell us what kind of filters, settings etc you use? Maybe what you use for editing and synchronising audio?
Howdy! thanks for watching and for your questions. i shot this in 4k, DLOG color profile, had an ND filter on in some of the shots in the beginning because it was so bright out. i got the creator combo so for the audio i used the DJI Mic 2 that recorded directly into the camera (so no syncing) . then just color graded in post via premier pro. Nothing fancy, no magic tricks :-)

Fantastic video! Love your personality. The color grading looks amazing. Few questions. Inside the gym I’m assuming you didn’t have the nd filter on? I know you used DLOG and if you remember could you let me know if you had reduced your sharpness and denoise settings or left them on zero? Also what did you have your frame rate and shutter set on? Concerning your questions.... 1) I did have the ND filter on in the gym actually, the rollers were up so there was a ton of BRIGHT sunlight coming in and would have been way to harsh/blown out without the filter. This is most cases when shooting here in the desert. 2) Yes i used DLOG and I did not reduce the sharpness or denoise. I had it in Manual and just asjusted exposure as i saw fit (hence the difference in colors throughout 🫣. far from a pro in that regard) 3) I believe I was at 24 fps and 1/50 shutter! Hope that helps, and thatnks again connecting!

@@_whynotbefit_ may I ask what ND filter brand you use? Freewell is my choice but I don’t like that the gimbal will not close with the filter on.
@Mr.AlexKogan In this video I was using the DJI brand filters…. I have sense lost a couple of them 🙄. And switched over to a brand that had great reviews on Amazon 🤷🏾♀️. They’ve been great so far. I do think it is a bit annoying that none of the brands, including DJI, factored in the gimbal actually closing when powered off while a filter is installed… seems like a no brainer that this would have been a good idea.

What is your car set up and how do you have the camera mounted? Is it your Sony or the DJI filming you in the car?
Hi! I have my Sony A7IV with a Sima 24-70 lens mounted onto a Delkin Fat Gecko Triple mount suctioned onto the Windshield. I'm using this setup in the car and everything else is shot on the Osmo Pocket 3! Hope that helps!
What strength did u buy.. normal or strongg
At the time of purchase there weren’t multiple options. But this magnet is definitely pretty strong. I don’t anticipate it falling off of anything. Hope that helps!

Which magnet strength did you go with?
There was actually only one option at the time I purchased it. Not sure if that has changed. But this magnet is pretty strong. Takes a little “ummph” to pull it off of the machines. Hope that helps!

Hi there! Perhaps you didn’t watch the whole video? There are definitely several wide angle shots throughout. A variety of close ups, wide angles, shots where I’m further way with lots of background and slowly pan in, obscure angles with some foreground, etc. but hey, maybe I could have done more! thanks for watching, and for the feedback. @@framestomind7548 I see... that's awesome you decided to go with the Pocket 3. I honestly can't comment on the Insta360 lineup because i've never used them. I watched a ton of other videos on YT and concluded the Insta360 was more of an action camera and I already have a couple gopros. I was more impressed with the specs and performance of the Pocket 3 so i went with that. Hope that helps!

I have had the Lumix Gh cameras and worked in a commercial film company, but feel now that I do not wanna get back into mirrorless cameras and the more professional camera work again,
which of course is all fine if one wants to make beautiful videos and spend endless hours on color grading,,
but as I do not want to be a cinematographer but more of an actor, a communicator, or some type of inspiration to others I felt there must be a camera that can follow me instead of vice versa, me following others with a camera...
I looked and looked the whole day today, Osmo pocket 3 has been sold out everywhere but suddenly it popped up ONE, only one in the whole of Sweden, someone just came in right now and gave back a new creator kit Osmo 3 pocket so I bought the combo kit directly for 700 dollars!
Your videos are really inspirational to get started to film oneself... I am kind of shy when I am personal, is like acting in front of other cameras is fine, I won't see it until the film or commercial is done but filming oneself feels so vulnerble and close somehow... I am in a long rehab phase and got handicapped in my hip after a surgeon cut me totally wrong and cannot walk now without a walking chair or crutches and have extreme constant pain and a wound that is not healing inside the hip muscles... So, want to talk about the reality of rehab, I used to be a contemporary dancer and actor in New York.. but now life has changed totally and I am home alone 90% of the time and need a new operation and a lot of rehabs, it has been the toughest time in life losing ability to walk normally and just go outside whenever one feels like it... so
I like the way you communicate very naturally to the camera!
is like you are fast-paced but still very present with what you wanna say, is easy to get your point and sense of humor...
your whole way is super communicative and gives a burst of good energy!

Made this has already iterated on it and made it better! I was using my Sony A7 IV with an ND filter. No luts/overlays just color grading till I liked what I saw. Took waaaaay to long though, will be using LUTs moving forward to speed up my whole process time. Thanks for watching and for the comment!
@@_whynotbefit_ ohh nice, the sony is bit more crisper im torn between the sony cameras and the dji but i dont want to spend 2k for all the lenses and so on. You should do a video of the dji footage with color grading or luts .Did you use the dji with nd filter inside of the gym ? Or its like that out of the box?
@ottomanbeatsofficial the Sony Camera & Lens camera is definitely crisper! And yes the price makes a huge difference! Each option has pros and cons and ultimately comes down to what you plan to use the gear for and what you can afford.
Several others suggested a color grading video but I’m not pro at color grading or choosing LUTs I just tweak till I like how it looks then move on to the next step lol. But will see what I can come up with!
I used an ND filter the entire time both on my Sony and on the Osmo Pocket 3. It’s waaaaaay to bright in the desert most days all year around to go without one!
