Flying a custom paint scheme on the newly released Avios KingTwin
As many of you may already know as my day job (day and night most of the time) I'm lucky enough to work for Hobbyking developing aircraft and managing those related categories with my colleges in the Hong Kong office and collaborators elsewhere. The Kingtwin is the latest release and she really is a beautiful flyer and with her mostly white out of the box finish she makes the perfect canvas for painting up in a cool scheme.
So that's exactly what a club mate of mine Lars at LHC club here in The Netherlands did when I gave him a old pre-production sample to go to town on, and he did a FANTASTIC job I think. See for yourself in the video, she really does pop in the air. Note the only really difference you can see in this pre-production model is that the canopy windows are not clear, everything else is a how it is in the models you will receive.
