Guys, you know that scene where 1st is talking to all for one about finishing it today. The symbolism is insane, All For One is controlling Shigaraki, you can his hands on his head and shigaraki doesn't know what is happening. I feel like that symbolic scene is very overlooked!!!
I was so upset about Toga delaying Deku's fight with Shiggy but it just came to me the symbolism as well, Deku coming in late when everyone's bruised and battered was like when All Might came in late during the Joint Training to fight the Nomu.
Not to mention, also in that scene where 1st is talking about ending it today, 1st and 2nd are standing behind Deku, showing how they're supporting him and actively backing him while AFO is forcing Shigaraki to bend to his will.
Original All for One is fighting Endeavour. But a copy of All For One was transplanted inside Shigaraki. Right now, Shigaraki we see fighting Deku isn't Shigaraki, its an entirely new entity with personalities of both shigaraki and All for One. Flashback, there was a time when All for One said, transferring quirks also transfers a part of the original owner with them. This is something IRL with organ transplants. Same idea here with quirks. And we can see this in Deku more clearly, we see al previous users because their quirks added up and was transferred to next person "double it and pass it on". But depending on the will of the person, it can change them. That's why again, in this episode, one of the predecessors say something like - you don't have one fore all for the power of it but you have it because of your own good will. Ok maybe that was too much analysis, but hope it helps. :D
