My girl doesn't like the crowds at the parks. So when we go I try to mix up other things to do in addition to the parks. So one time we went to the Grand Floridian...sit in the lobby, listen to the orchestra/piano player then work our way up to Mizner's Lounge. Wow! Now it's a tradition!
The drinks at Jellyrolls are actual drinks lol. Nothing better than being able to down a few whiskeys and listen to your favorite music, no mixed drinks required.
We absolutely love Geyser Point @ Wilderness Lodge! The food is awesome, they have a great variety of drinks, and the atmosphere is awesome. Nothing beats the views of Bay Lake. We also love hitting up the Wave Lounge at the Contemporary every time my fiancé and I visit. The bartenders are friendly and heavy-handed. Very relaxing place to unwind after a day at the Magic Kingdom.
I also like Scat cat Club at PO French Quarter - they had an amazing musician there when we visited. I would also add late night live music at Raglan Road...especially outdoors if it is a nice night!
Joey just apparently to young to understand the purpose of these lounges. Also, makes you question his judgement or motivation on picking Abracadbar. If you ever been there you know how disappointing this place is.
Yes. I was thinking the same thing. It is a pet peeve of mine. Especially when there is limited seating and you leave your kids at the bar in seats by themselves.
We are planning a "lounge hop" during a no park day in February. You mentioned several that are on my list! We will be staying at Coronado, and I can't wait to go to Rix, and so glad it's located at our resort!
I love going to the lounges when I’m out with friends or having a date day. It’s a great dining experience with little to no wait! More people should take advantage of them.... or maybe not so that the waits stay short 😂😂
My kids are now old enough to run around Disney themselves - we've been many tomes to DL and WDW and though I have a 6 year old, I have two seasoned young adults (19/22) to escort her and now I cam finally break away and all I really need to know is where the pubs are😁😁😁🍺
Trader Sam's was the first disney bar/ lounge and the theming and atmosphere are just OUT OF THIS WORLD! Had to wait an hour to get in, but it was so worth it! LOVED the fun energy there with special surprises when you order different themed drinks :)
Wow, you waited an hour to get in? We always just show up and walk in, but then again we try to go when the crowds are lower like on Mondays and Tuesday off season.
Love this list. I did NOT enjoy Jellyrolls - it was not a great experience getting in. However, Mizner's is my absolute favorite! You feel like royalty sitting in there watching all the wedding parties go by outside the window. Nice views and a beautiful setting. Especially fun when the jazz band is playing! LOVE the chocolate Godiva martini!
What happened? It is tough to justify the cover when everything at Disney is already so expensive, but it is a unique experience (unless you happen to live in a city with a dueling piano bar) and worth it in my opinion once you are inside.
Another great video. Only addition I can think of off the top of my head is Raglan Road. Great beer selection and the entertainment is top notch. At Nomad Lounge I actually really like the drinks, some of the best I've had on property. At La Cava can't go wrong with the avocado margarita. And I completely agree with you about the flights at the Brown Derby Lounge.
Love Trader sams!! It was a great hidden gem did an adults only trip this past December and got introduced to this place by another couple on the monorail 🚝 !!! Must must try!
There are a few reasons you should never go to The River Roost and see YEEHA BOB. The first reason is from that day forward anytime you plan a trip to WDW you'll want to include an evening of fun and entertainment with Bob! You'll never sign the songs you hear in the show the same as before...ever. By the end of the night you'll know where everyone is from and you all feel like family! Conga lines are cool as well! On a side note. The later it gets the more adult the party becomes. Just know that the kiddos should go to bed at a reasonable time.
Pro tip. If you’re single, make your way to the Banana Cabana at Caribbean Beach Resort. Notoriously known to be the best singles bar on property (except of course for the former Pleasure Island). I’ve had great success there 😉 Every. single. time. You’re welcome. 🌴
I just love the Tune In Lounge next to the 50s Prime Time Diner. The bartenders are great and the imagineering is the same as the restaurant, which I don't usually eat at because the food options there are meh.
Funfact in the UK barely anyone calls sausages 'Bangers' we just call them sausages 🤣 I think it depends what part you go to, but the vast majority just say sausage.
Four Seasons is NOT a Disney Property not sure Joey knows much outside of the Disney Bubble he is paid to research. Joey missed 5 even better Disney Resort lounges incredibly themed , I am glad he missed since he told parents can bring their kids to the lounges . Waldorf Astoria is within disney gates at Bonnet Creek, they have Bull and Bear restaurant and lounge on top floor which is amazing views (Cesar Salad is best I had in my life). Also Woldorf room rates are mostly 1/2 price of disney Deluxe Resorts and get to watch Epcot fireworks from your balcony. Smart to look ANYWHERE adjacent to "the disney bubble" rent a car and not get stuck with pathetic disney bus transportation.
Well the Four Seasons is on the Disney Property geographically and the restaurants associated with them are officially included on the Disney online guide.

And those of us who enjoy a drink but are on holiday with our kids can’t have a drink in the bar. This is my only issue with visiting the USA, people are so uptight about alcohol. No one with kids is out to get roaringly drunk but a beer or a cocktail at the end of the day is great!
Agreed! Makes viewers wonder what Joeys motivation or simple judgement on picking Abracadbar as a place to even consider stopping unless you are going through withdrawal. You can stop at Flying Fish's Bar next door for atmosphere and great bartender interaction. Joey needs to get out more..

While there are still a few secret lounges that you left out! Thank Goodness!. Because, for some reason You told your vlog watchers that their kids are welcome in lounges! I think the adults that go to them beg to differ. Adults are in these lounges to avoid the constant Disney kids meham for simply "Adult Time". I never, ever would consider bringing my under age children to adult establishment.. Simply inappropriate, Nor should any child rearing parent consider this as a viable option... But hey Joey! I understand your sentiment Mike but going to have cocktails/mocktails wearing nice clothes before a nice dinner at signature restaurants is part of our Disney tradition. Exposing our children to the responsible enjoyment of alcohol is in part how we hope to avoid binge drinking and other teenage/young adult risks associated with alcohol. However, we keep our time there brief and emphasize how important it is to be quiet and respectful of other patrons. Hope your upcoming trip is great and you enjoy your first "adults only" trip!
Heath, You and I might be the ONLY exception at Disney monitoring their children's behavior. Kudo's to You and your Wife! However, as Joey explains in his Vlog he mentions these lounges as alternatives to getting a sit down meal at the adjacent signature restaurant, because they have same menu items. So again, this is extremely poor judgement for ANY family to do from respect of other patrons to the Disney Cast members since a "family dinner" is NOT the intent of the Lounges. It is GREAT to see adult monitored and well mannered children and parents anywhere! I hope your dining and park experiences are joyous and many. Try not to get too frustrated as I, when you experience undisciplined children (and parents alike) that are not as respectful as your own.

We love the Crews Cup .... great beers and loved the bar food 😛 We used to have a night cap there every night when stopping at the Yacht Club.

There are "some" specials during the week at Disney Springs, but for the most part there aren't really any that I have seen.

Abracadbar is one of the biggest let downs. No real unique drinks, just normal cocktails with "magical" inspired names.
