Thank you for the tips they were excellent 🙂 very specific to the ones we forget or won’t know like the hidden hard drive, rust in the battery packs, wifi, red ring of death explanation and power source info was so helpful. Keep up the great work 😃 looking to get a xbox 360 to play the fable games 🙂
I have a broken controller. Maybe it is just the battery pack. Edit: It was the pack. I put in the one from the working controller. It seems to work. Thanks for the vid, it was even useful to me, who had owned a 360 since 2015-ish.
Just found your channel via another TH-camrs comments bud, loving the style, subbed, and going to watch your stuff through. Sorry for all the comments in the next few hours lol! I'm relatively new to Xbox (pretty much been a PlayStation guy most of my life lol) so thanks for all these tips.
Mate, really appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment! I've always been more of an Xbox fan but also grown up with PlayStation too so do have a lot of love for the blue side also - particularly the games during the PS4 era
Just foudn your channel. Thanks you very much for the tips. I went to other popular xbox360 guides but they dont talk about the things i should i avoid…i asked them should i avoid the white fat xbox and they refuse to tell me the answer lol Im trying to find the right one on facebook marketplace…but im slowlly understanding..😅i should totally avoid the very first models of 360 ? Is the Fat black 250gb model is fine or should i go for xbox360 slim ? Im totally lost with xbox 360 arcade model…some people says to buy the last model and others say to buy older model because easier to homebrew… Im scared of Ring of death…is it possible to repair it ? Like maybe replacing the termal paste on cpu and gpu? Oh and last question…is it better having the hardrive inside or attached on top of the console ? Anyway my plan is to homebrew the 360 and maybe install a chip on it..i have some skills in soldering my father helped me.
Sorry for the late reply! Thanks for the comment and for watching, it's much appreciated! 😊 Yeah, I'd 100% recommend avoiding the original fat white ones. They're great for nostalgia, but many of them will have issues and/or are just not as easy to get along witg given the lack of hard drive, HDMi port and lack of WiFi. If you're picking one up to play, I'd go for a slim model with a 250gb internal hard drive - it's the best all round and shouldn't give you anythany major issues hopefully! Hope that helps!
