This is my first subscribed channel usually I used to think these are only for ladies upper middle class but when I saw the Sir explaining his house one day I want to be like him cause he did big I was started at small
Wet and dry kitchen separately is wonderful concept. Magnificent approach for maintenance free and use costly where ever necessary. Nature in its place!

Excellent I respect the person, mainly he showed his social responsibility not fully construct the structure and use the road for parking. Leaving the groundfloor for parking is awesome.

Awesome overall... I still feel some design improvement required ( front elevation, main entrance, virtual guest room door etc). But anyway that's depending on our taste, I respect it.

1) Thanks for showing beautiful house and garden.
2) I presume that Sir and madam (both ) are Engineers.
3) This vlog is a must for new persons, who wish to build a super intelligent house.
4) Epoxy is a must to arrest leakage of water.
5) As explained by Engineer Sir, present days, Marble has got lot of technical dis-advantages.
6) SS-304 is a must to avoid rusting.
7) I am not convinced about usage of PVC pipes for Gas Bank. This aspect may be reviewed.
8) Dry kitchen and wet kitchen concept is really fantastic.
9) Thanks also to Sir for using Quality material at a reasonable cost. Sir spent his hard earned money judiciously. No lavish spending at all.
10) Other important points if any will be informed shortly.

Dear ma'am, Thank you for bring these two parts of your brother's house. It is beautiful in its simplicity and functional in every aspect. I like the A/c pipes concealment, Gas cylinders piping, Tiling using spacers and epoxy. I wish I could work under him as an intern. I have completed my civil engineering.
