All of those perks are actually in COD, but are only in Zombies. For instance, Double Tap Root Beer is an actual Perk-A-Cola, and actually doubles your damage. In Black Ops 1, it made each shot drain 2 ammo in exchange for double damage, which basically just meant you had to reload more often, so it was basically useless; from BO2 onwards, however, it was just a flat double damage perk, which makes it an absolute necessity for many loudouts in many games (Argus BO3 gang!).

The reason Lewis got completely locked up in the rotating doorway was because of a bear-trap on the floor. But since he was a pink role, he couldn't die from it. You can see it on the floor behind him (there's a delay before it freezes you). You can kind of see it at 10:50
OMG i just had a great idea, if a traitor gives any item to a pink roll that is jester or other roll that is unable to hurt others that item immediately becomes "The Jester Beam of Doom" but a hand held version that does less damage but its the only way a jester can hurt others. Its a punishment for those who "accidentally" give an item to the jester

I feel like if a begger gets given an item dropped from a dead loot goblin then they should become another jester role like a clown, swapper, jester or even another loot goblin.

Lewis probably played cod for like 30 minutes, those are zombie perks not mutiplayer perks. Also there has never been a multiplayer perk that has made you faster lol
Jester beam should be a thing in a jester only shop along with a few other toys. Just have it so they can only deploy one and can't move it. That way they just become another hazard on the map. Should also have a radar icon to show where the turret is though so people can try to avoid them.
