It's not depend on brush it's depend on grade of pencil .

It depends on the pencil grade but if u try to blend it with hard bristle brush.. u will get darkest value.

@@iamsiddhant_t yes I know that it depends on pencil grade but , whenever I blend camlin charcoal soft pencil with medium brush ( nor too soft nor too hard ) ..then I get fade results I want to do it darker....
