They did great. I watched from Peter's POV and that team had the best comms and intel out of all the teams. They had an idea where all the opponent was, their eco and ults, and were kinda switching up defensive spots so you didn't know where they were. I think that's why Myth and John were having problems figuring out an attack plan. Toast's team was the lowest average rank and not the best shots, but you can tell they were really into getting intel and making a strategy
I mean you got toast in their team who almost always knows what to do everytime in or outside of valorant. and kris with quite some very important big brain strategy that will actually make their team win. and with the other 3 doing perfect for their role.
Watching back this again brings chills on that comeback from team toast and I am still surprised team lily even picked Split given how the map favors a Judge playstyle. Toast and Rae themselves were surprised by the map pick but were happy since it is their favorite map to play in
They did great. Damn, I watched from Toast's POV and I noticed they have really great Comms. They were all engaging. I think Lily and Brooke should be more engaging in their comms.
If you watched their POV of Toast's team, they knew they had defense-heavy comp and just wanted to get 4-5 wins on attack lol. Some folks in chat was making fun of them for having no duelist to entry. But they just believed in the gameplan and their comms.
@@trayvixk4642 they only wished to win 3 rounds on attack since their team had a heavily defense sided comp plus it was split, a very defense sided map. So 4 rounds on attack, although mentally very challenging because they were so behind score wise, was good enough for them.
@@naeki3247 True, but I feel like if he was healthier, he would’ve risked passing through the molly to get a better angle at Toast cuz he was stuck in a corner
@@shaylanguyen637 he couldn't even tho he healed sean because rae just threw the molly after sean went passed and killed her, if jack heals sean and ran over the molly he would've died cause it would stop healing him
@@shaylanguyen637 nah. not only because it was an insta headshot from toast, seanic passing through rae's molly not only decrease his health but also made him vulnerable. at that point, toast could just breath on him and he would still die. also, it's never a good move for a sage player to not heal themself when they are so low on hp. always prioritize healing yourself especially when you have lower hp than your teammate. plus, because jack knew he had res so he tried to survive. too bad team toast knew that jack had res so rae tried to secure the bodies.
@@shaylanguyen637 (sorry I know this is so far after your comment but I couldn’t resist) I watched pokis vod of their game against team toast and they were on comms calling for Jack to run through market to res someone. He got caught on his way because Rae was holding that angle and then he knew toast was nearby so he had to watch his back. That unfortunate headshot he got from toast breaking the wall stopped their chances of winning before Seanic even died because they would have needed a third person from a res to win. So when they lost poki was saying “one res and we would’ve had it. One res.” But yeah, I think team toast did really well in their games. Crazy they lost their first game against Lily but won the second to become the overall champs!! 🏆

Yeah. Despite of being the lowest stats team in terms of rank, there comms was almost like a professional team that is on a tourney.

The thought of toast being in any angle is so scary holy
6:53:24 was a horror movie. He's coming back to B and watching his teammate's bodies fall one-by-one, silence, and the wall going up. spooky
and Rae on the other side
i jus had to come back and rewatch sum of this... i hope they do sumn like this again
John never use his ulti piss me off so much especially when kris make very good use of his ult
Its not his Main! But i do get your point!
John doesnt know about brim gamesense.. hes new
Yeah me too. But high ranked players are not allowed to use their mains 😅

Bro if Jack would have healed Sean instead of himself, I think he would’ve been healthy enough to fight Toast
it's a headshot by toast, so i don't think that would affect anyway
