Indeed very good lecture mem. In Sindh, the word Tapedar is used instead of Patwari and Mukhtiarkar instead of Tehsildar. And, register of mutation is maintained by Tapedar i-e Village Form VII. Prior to making any entries in the said register, the entries are at outset made in VF-VIII-C ( register of disputed cases) and when no dispute arises, Mukhtiarkar holds Open Katchery near the land in question to finalize entries.
