I love that you break up your ideas based on category and brand. I do the same thing except with different categories. I have found that keeping ideas pinned for more brainstorming is always helpful.

I'm a very creative person so i'm good at just getting stuff done on the fly and generally somehow manage to get all the bits i need done, but I wont lie it is quite stressful flying by the seat of your pants the entire time - learning how to put systems in place especially things like a preflight checklist for repetitive tasks from people who have logical brains saves so much time energy and brain space! Thanks for sharing your workflow i've defo taken a few pointers from it. Also i got on notion after watching one of your videos and being sick of my own shit having stuff ALL OVER THE PLACE and oh my god it's changed my game man. I'm telling anyone who will listen to move to notion. Pretty overwhelming getting started if you're not a logical person and have never used a database in your life but once you crack you never go back i think!

I had some summer depression so this was sitting in my queue for a while but funnily enough, I happened to start watching right after I've just set up a TON of infrastructure in Notion for my own content planning. I definitely notice some similarities between how we do things, including super-specific filters to create contexts, but I also got some great ideas from you. I'm especially sitting here like "WHY didn't it ever occur to me that you could put two views of the same database side-by-side and then drag and drop?" I've done dragging and dropping between databases, but I'm thinking more about how to consolidate my data architecture now. Annoyingly I'm having trouble getting Notion to LET me drag a DB to the side of another, but I'll figure it out. I'm actually considering doing an offering, maybe a half-day intensive, using my information architecture skills from my previous career to teach coaches / spiritual entrepreneurs / creatives about organizing info in Notion or elsewhere + different ways to think about project/content ideas and getting the most out of them. This is a great resource to push my thinking about different options!

Laptops have gotten fast enough that you can use Windows File Explorer, for a lot of this, creating documents and organizing them in folders, BUT you cannot assign due dates and priority to things (unless you write tags inside them or in the filename). So Notion does seem pretty good for that.
I don't think I'd even know how to estimate! These templates have been created over such a long period of time as a content creator based on what's worked and what hasn't.
