On the arm rest, is it designed where they are actually locked in place? The other jazzy it was not designed for them to be locked in place

Armrest doesn't lock in place but can be adjusted in height and width. Thanks for the question!

@@MobilitySolutions101 oh ok thank you for answering me. Is there a way to lock it in place to where it will actually stay cause that’s a huge thing for me. Right now I’m actually having to shift to on side to use my arm rests and it’s really causing me a huge amount of pain. This is the chair I am going to be receiving here in the next few weeks. And I’m also wondering if I can buy Accessories for the chair I know my insurance company will not cover those like a cup holder

I just got my Jazzy evo613 and having all kinds of problems with steering. It's really fast even at slower speeds. I can't control it at all, any tips would be appreciated. Thanks

You probably need to have it professionally tuned, the local dealer should be able to program the chair speed and acceleration. Hope this helps!

NO its a highly unstable chair with narrow plastic drive tires and NO independent suspension. It will throw you to the side if one tire doesnt have traction because the tires LIFT up if one front small wheel encounters anything not flat. DANGEROUS CHAIR@@MobilitySolutions101

the only thing i felt was a major disappointment was the horn/honk....no one in the real world would know that you're honking at them. It is so low. Unless someone can tell me where i can raise its volume.

I'm always disappointed with the sounds of the horns. I will say the Pride PX4 mobility scooter has a great horn.

DANGEROUS CHAIR. Lithium battery may last longer but its power curve is garbage. It has no low end(or speed) torque, then suddenly picks up fast and will throw you into something. Suspension is no longer independent. Unless ground is FLAT the smaller front wheels will lift the drive wheels if one goes higher or lower than the other. They are set too close to the drive wheels--very unstable. This is the worst designed chair Ive even seen. Im 69. Polio since age 6 I know what Im talking about.

May want to allow dealer to adjust speed settings with programmer. Thank you for the feedback!
