Tyler Walker opens up about his nervousness when it comes to coming out to his religious parents. Ross McHarg and Katie Glaser are polar opposites on the vision of their relationship’s future. Captain lee and the crew pull a splashing good prank on one of the guests! Rachel has to figure out a way to put dinner out on time while still maintaining her quality of food. I honestly would love having this job as a young twenty something- being 2nd stew or Deck crew would have been awesome!
I literally feel hungover when they are super hungover and trying to work….they show a lot of guests getting really drunk and I’m not sure the guests or the crew realize you get drunk twice as fast when you’re floating…when I was 21 I spent 6 months living and working in Prague and down on the Charles River they have a floating restaurant….I had only 3-4 glasses of wine and was the most sh*t faced I’ve ever been ….and I was used to drinking as a young college student….I wonder if the Captain has ever warned guests about that….

love this series. this awful chap Ross why is he popular with Alicia and katie he is an OIK and only interested in one thing..... he may have other "virtues" however as a predator he should be avoided. problem is his kind have been predators for decades and are "tolerated" in society and unfortunately women volunteer to be his victims. sad...... human nature i guess and part and parcel of individualism and free choice
Rachel was so funny and direct the whole season but these last couple of episodes it’s just getting annoying….I completely understand the Chef probably works harder than anyone on the boat in one sense because they have to do it all alone which is insane if you have charter guests asking for 10 course meals….( I think the Chief Stew actually has the hardest job if they are really good at it) but they signed up for it, they knew what they are getting in to and maybe she’s doing it to give herself a plot line at the end of the season but it just sucks when the chef starts saying repeatedly-“ I’m done….I’m over this….I can’t do this anymore…” etc…the Chef can literally make or break the charter tips ….I want Ben Robinson back….he’s my favorite chef of all time and then Marco is a close second.
Actually my dream crew on a Sailing yacht would be:
Captain Lee,
Chief Stew Kate Chastain
2nd stew = Fraser ( although he’s almost as great as Kate)
3rd stew = Aesha Scott
then engineer =Colin McRae
First Officer = Gary King
Deck crew = Barnaby and Malia White (although Malia is probably ready and capable to be the Captain by now)
My ultimate Worst crew would be:
Captain = I actually like all of them but if I had to pick one it would be Captain Mark Howard who sadly died in 2021 of a heart attack and complications from alcoholism so I don’t feel great saying he was the worst…
Chief Stew = Hannah/Jenna
Bosun = Ross McHarg, Raygan Tyler
Engineer = Eddie
Chef - Mila (actually made pancakes from an Aunt Jemimah box) or Ryan McKeown who was just a nasty POS or Leon ( set the galley on fire because he was such a pig he never cleaned and the grease in the oven caught on fire and then he lied to Captain Lee about it and told him Chief Stew Kate was drunk and tried to cook a pizza for the guests and started the fire….
2nd stew: Sierra, Camille, Lara Flumiannai or whatever , Magda - who literally used more data then the rest of the crew combined being obsessed and psychotic about her boyfriend,
Deck crew - Tom Pearson, Andrew Sturby who’s entire resume was completely made up…
Now that Sandy is gone I can watch Below Decks again. Refused to watch it with Sandy on there.

I really enjoy Captain Sandy and I think she’s a great captain and absolutely as good at her job as any of them….I like all the Captains but Jason is definitely the most attractive, Cap Lee and Cap Glenn are tied for most capable and most respected and Cap Sandy is just cool and I like that she enjoys mentoring young ladies coming up the ranks like Malia…Some of the most talented/Harriest boat dockings I’ve seen have been with Cap Sandy- but to each his/her/their own and we can’t help who we like or don’t…..
I am so damn tired of captain Lee and his beyond stupid comments.

As a Crew member never ever sit on a ships Safety Rail ever , If Children see you do it they think its OK to Copy you, It’s a safety Rail for a Reason, This is one of the most irresponsible crews i have ever seen, And i have provided a Lot of Crews for Ships, Marooning a person on a Inflatable at Sea is just Stupid any Passing Motor Boat or ship could have collided with it. Currents outside of Port can be very Dangerous…. Every single crew Member and the Captain especially are nothing but Irresponsible Morons ……
