What about an defensive operator that had a deploy able sound device that when needed could make the sound of footsteps, gunfire and breaking barricades to make the enemy think you're somewhere else?

There is actually a huge exploit with the surrender system. When you surrender you lose less ranking points. It goes down to about 15-30 points lost, and a normal loss can be about 50 or more. As soon as you lose you can surrender and you will lose significantly less ranking points. Its a wierd exploit that may or may not be patched. But when you lose you hardly lose any ranking points.
The only problem with these is that they are never long enough.

Surrendering is a feature on Ranked where most of the enemy team decide to "surrender" (in the menu) to end the match now and take the loss.

Pretty sure you can only surrender before the 3rd round, for that exact reason, unless there's a bug.
