Chechnya - Russians Try To Seize Dudayev's Palace

(9 Jan 1995) Russian tanks and soldiers tried to seize the presidential palace
in savage street fighting on Monday (9/1), while Chechen rebels
darted from house to house trying to knock out Russian armour.
Russia poured reinforcements toward the besieged city and appeared
to be preparing for a new assault. The artillery barrage of recent
days has given way mainly to tank fire as well as massive
machine-gun and small-arms fire. The presidential palace,
headquarters of Chechen leader has been severely damaged. The barren, multi-story building has taken several direct hits and has been gutted by fire on its top floors, but rebels still hold the palace.

Кто не в курсе в конце показали русскую семью которая покидает грозный с раненым ребёнком от обстрела русскими военными , так что там не делили русские чеченские стреляли по всем
