Wow, that was great, thank you so much. That helped me so much with a little project, I’m working on, I understand the walking cycle so much better now, I don’t have it down completely, but it’s getting there. Thank for helping us out. You’re an excellent teacher. Blessings..

Very nicely done. Is there a way to add light to the laptop screen on the desktop, rather than just to the edges? Perhaps not go completely transparent on the inside of the rectangle?
I am now going to modify a night scene I did, but not as well. ;-)

I thought about this overnight (I need to get a life).
Put the image of the laptop screen in front of the Laptop Light Reflection. Make the image 75% opaque. It's a group with the image and with Tom in front - I did not change Tom from 100% opaque because then the image would show through him. That could be addressed by making it a snapshot.
Change the interior of the rectangle - Laptop Light Reflection - to white at 100% opacity for the fully faded-in portion.
This then has the entire laptop screen lit up at night, with the image being fully visible and lit. We'll have to talk to Tom about having a power off setting on his laptop - it stays on all night!

In my original example, the screen light reflection is perfect.
To make the ligher layer underneath the laptop, you'll have to create a mask because the background is a single layer.

@@createstudioprousersby-ali Ali, I actually did what I suggested. All it takes is putting the white rectangle behind the image (below it on the timeline) you created to have on the screen, rather than in front of it. (Plus filling the rectangle with white and setting the image on the laptop to 75% opaque.) The fact that the background is a single layer does not affect this.

@KleinfeldTechnical Which laptop are you referring to? The one he's using or the one on the desk? If it's the one he's using, it doesn't make sense to do it your way. The reflection has to be on his body rather than the screen. That's how I'd do it every time.

@@createstudioprousersby-ali Sorry that wasn't clear. I am referring to the laptop on the desk, where you have already introduced a white bordered, empty middle rectangle. I edited the rectangle to have a white middle as well and placed it under the image on the laptop screen so that the laptop is lit up at night.
