@@chrono-eventless6956 yeah, especially is for some reason your team doesn't have a warlock. And if for some reason everyone is a citans rampart titan then you could have back to back void overshield and barricades(this is the pov of your team 12 phasing a dungeon boss 😃)
i think astrocyte verse would be a great addition to this series seeing as it got changed to apply volatile to nearby ads, maybe making it a good blink in, blink out ad clear build?
I gave a suggestion before but a hunter one I've been having tons of fun with is bombardiers. On stasis mostly as the freeze dodge slows enemies that then get frozen by the bomb but it also works with trick blades on solar for quick ignites and strand with the decoy aspect.
I think this thing could use a larger rework to give it some usage in PvE. I played when it was full power on PVP and it was and still would be a gigantic problem lol
You should try to make aeons work on all three classes not just the ammo on finishers but the other perks. I’ve been trying to make something of them since they got changed
I had this idea where Citans could synergise with hierarchy of needs, so that you don't need to charge up the bow and can instead use the barricade as the ring.
With the extra Damage done to Citan's barricade, the Citan's nerf was unnecessary. And the innate 10 second duration from the get go made this exotic a non issue. Just look at Bastion barricades, everyone just shoots them on sight. Hot Take: I think Bastion Barricades and Citan's Ramparts were never problematic, players generally don't like the Destiny sandbox evolving in new ways.

This exotic wasn't forgotten, it was murdered.
When this first came out, it was actually really good for PVE. Really helped me out on that one strike from Titan with the shrieker

I believe Maven did a video on it combining it with ruinious effigy, and was a cool concept I think you should see.

A similar build is fun with arbor warden. You can chuck bastion barricades

Not the hottest take. I agree for the most part. They could have made barricades take more damage from players and left it at that I think

I use to rock them when they was useful but the nerf was unnecessary, pvp yeah sure but pve great bungo being bungo killing exotics for no reason.
