It just gets trickier in terms of ovulation window, egg reserve, sperm quality if the father is older too, luteul phase etc but can be done! Plus there’s lots of tests these days to check for any hormonal adjustments needed and foetus disabilities upon early pregnancy etc. Oh and of course let’s hit forgot that parenthood in later years can also be done through adoption and fostering too.. doesn’t have to be own baby. There’s also arguments that older parents have lived a better quality of life pre child, therefore are more experienced, in a better financial position, able to step back from work if the money allows to spend more time raising the child etc
