    Malai Boti Paratha Roll Recipe By Yummy Yum COOK-OFF With Fatima
    Ingredients:
    1.Chicken boneless cubes 1 kg
    2.Sirka (Vinegar) 6 tbs
    3.Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
    4.Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2 tbs
    5.Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
    6.Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
    7.Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 2 tsp
    8.Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
    9.Dried milk powder 2 tbs
    10.Red Chilli Powder 1 tbs
    11.Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
    12.Olper’s dairy cream ½ Cup
    13.Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
    14.Cooking oil 2 tbs
    15.Ghee 2 tbs
    16.Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
    17.Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
    18.Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
    19.Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
    20.Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
    21.Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
    22.Olpers dairy cream ½ Cup
    23.Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup
    24.Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
    Assembling:
    1.Prepared chicken malai boti
    2.Pyaz (Onion) sliced
    3.Paratha
    4.Prepared cream & cheese sauce
