My friend have done mca distance from NIMS Janakpuri . He was working in pvt sector on the basis of his BCA degree. Then, the degree is valid for gov't jobs or not..? Suppose a university is affiliated only with ugc and the b.tech course of that university is not affiliated with AICTE . Then, is it ok?
Of course your degree is Valid because if your university is approved by UGC (internationally Valid) then it need not necessary to be approved by AICTE. Thats why IITs are not approved by AICTE.

@help please I don't think it's a fake college, I checked a bit and everything seems fine. You have already checked the list of fake colleges from this video, you can also download latest list from the site, if theres no mention of this college then it's definitely not fake. Also this college or the group is big, you can't be this big if you are fake. So relax if still not sure just give the college a visit or may be call their hods or dean etc.
