I was impressed by their customer service. Wasn't Brady Outdoor Equipment's fault. They stood by their equipment and I got a loaner and my mower back in great condition. In this day in age I've almost grown accustomed to not having that. This was a pleasant surprise.
@@hogheaven2950 -- I had a idler pulley retaining bolt to snap off on my Husqvarna M-ZT several years back here in Rutherford County, NC. Agree we can't blame dealerships for these kinds of issues (suspect many bolts are outsourced nowadays); my mower was out of warranty, so I went over to Lowe's & found the exact same bolt (length + thread type), but in a heavier grade steel. I was "off to the races again" in short order. FYI: picked up a Toro Z Master 4000 back in February as I have a couple properties to mow now since our parents are deceased; it is powerful & I'm liking it . . . I don't care to argue this manufacturer over that one; bottom line -- get a mower from a dealership that stands behind a decent product and treats customers fairly. Sounds like you've got a good group of folks to help you out, Buddy. Ed
Works great now. They ordered the part and sent me home with a demo. I got my grass cut and they came by on Tuesday and dropped my mower off and got their loaner. Used my mower twice since then with no issues.
So sorry that happened. Glad you got it fixed though.
Thanks
Beautiful yard
Thanks
You did know that suspension seat was adjustable right?
Normally we mow at full throttle. That’s were blade tip speed comes in to play. Up grade and go door knocking. Line up some commercial accounts.
I was surprised to find that my blade tip speed on the Titan Max was faster that the 2000 Z-Master.
You gotta move up and get easy ride system !!!
I couldn't agree more, I've got the My Ride and LOVE it.
How fast you mowing and what height in that grass🤣.
About half stick.
Well, I know what not to buy. Sorry you had to go through this.
