Media is infact give wings to the information for its dispersion . If we turn the pages of the past we can see the greater as well as the riskier role of our media from the world war to Indo Pak partition the media had provided authentic and obvious information to our ansestars. However in the current scenario the role of global media has a bit changed especially after the entry of social media and all has given a new face to media which was a mahir source of information . Now many ingredients are mixed in a news before serving it to the public to gain so called TRP . The authenticity and transperancy is seen blurred which should not have to be . Having said that the media is four pillars of a nation, it has the power to disseminate the news over the country as well as portray but the question arises the news should be disseminated as news, not vilification. No doubt, the media has been changed people behaviour, after watching the news people are making own their perception against someone or something which is not good, people have lost their logical thinking, consciousness, unbiasedness. One should do one's duty as well as to pay responsibility so that citizens can get their democracy. The Supreme Court needs to make law if someone breaks the law, they should be punished, moreover, need to stop vilification, prejudice, biases, otherwise, no one can stop the devastation. Media plays a major link between the information forecasted and the actual incident if they create a negative and more violent image of a person or community then it has certain impacts in the society
Now days media is forecasting the person who is under trial as a major culprit media is propagating in in the public and considering as the wrong doer but declaring someone as the culprit may rotten the image of the person whether he is guilty or an suspect
on social media also if someone is saying anything against someone he or she must take charge of the suspect but the media some people consider themselves as the mere judges and declare the suspect as the culprit which is not right as there are certain investigation officers appointed to check and verify the culprit
One example was there of sudharsan program which telecasted it's 4 episodes and then was banned as it created vilification of Muslims and as such many examples are there
there is a distinction between freedom of expression and propagation of hate media has to wait for the judgement to come before declaring it as the culprit and courts ought to avoid omnibus orders against publications

The role of media should be transparent enough to give cristel clear view to the public
Media ,for years has played a vital role on spreading information to every cornor of the world . Media is infact give wings to the information for its dispersion . If we turn the pages of the past we can see the greater as well as the riskier role of our media from the world war to Indo Pak partition the media had provided authentic and obvious information to our ansestars.
However in the current scenario the role of global media has a bit changed especially after the entry of social media and all has given a new face to media which was a mahir source of information . Now many ingredients are mixed in a news before serving it to the public to gain so called TRP . The authenticity and transperancy is seen blurred which should not have to be . Media is playing a greater role on diverting public attention , suspects are sometimes declared as convict while convict becomes victim .
I am not against or not saying a complete baised view against media as there are many who are effortlessly doing their jobs without any fear of risk but atleast 8 out of 10 media channels are using false information to gain public intrest which should not be the way to play with the public minds . There is freedom to spread information not misinformation because a minor information has a greater impact that can lead mayhem , lynching and all .
Media should recognise their importance and the impact of there act than only they will be respected and admired.

Having said that the media is four pillars of a nation, it has the power to disseminate the news over the country as well as portray but the question arises the news should be disseminated as news, not vilification.
No doubt, the media has been changed people behaviour, after watching the news people are making own their perception against someone or something which is not good, people have lost their logical thinking, consciousness, unbiasedness.
One should do one's duty as well as to pay responsibility so that citizens can get their democracy.
The Supreme Court needs to make law if someone breaks the law, they should be punished, moreover, need to stop vilification, prejudice, biases, otherwise, no one can stop the devastation.
So, the court needs to make deterrence or need to maintain its law and order as soon as possible.
