But then again, Sans knows it’s near impossible to stop the Human from killing every monster in the underground. Gaster wanted to help Sans by giving more chances to beat the human, but all he was doing was just making Sans suffer. In phase 2, Sans had barely any HP left, and he was fighting the best he could but failed. Then Phase 3 happened, where Sans skull started to crack and had Gaster helping him a lot. And if we’re counting Phase 4, Sans had dusted but Gaster kept his SOUL intact with his hands, and you can see his faded eye and his normal one, and he just looks like he’s lost all hope and is being forced into suffering more.
He was powered up dramatically but my theory is that Gaster implemented himself into Sans's soul. Sans still has control but whenever he loses his teeth he is using Gaster's power, not his.
Whats nexts any names for phase 4? My guess is The Traumatic Issue Storyline: Sans has turned to dust but *sans soul become outlined purple and hollow* Sans:Huh?
