Hi Kieran, I follow you since the Driveclub days as I often saw your nickname at the top of many tracks as well as I did. The problem for us as European people is that we meet Spanish drivers and my experience in online races tought me that they are the worst drivers to encounter. Well done so with that Kimi, that was the thing to do 👍

Should just have a drivers agreement that whenever there’s a dirty driver in the race everyone gangs up immediately and takes them out, don’t even give them the benefit of the doubt just put them out immediately, see how long they carry on playing the game if that constantly happens to them.
Kimi is a rare beast, in that they are relatively quick to end up in top lobbies, but at the same time, he's a professional rammer, one of the best i've ever seen. He should play Forza when it comes out, as i reckon he could be World number 1 on that game.

I hate him so much, round 7 of exhibition series 2022-2023 I was battling for the podium, but he decided to ghost us at the half of the race, It was an A+S lobby with even 1 SS world tour driver (Giorgio Mangano) so I thought it would be a very clean highlevel race. Sadly he ruïned the race for 2 drivers in the top5 (they crashed). I believe 7 people reported him after the race (me2) and it is a good possibility he got banned, also bc he is AS only now,. (He may be dirty, but he is A+ worthly, because before Giorgio that race, who did a last to first with ez, he had the Fastest Laps.)
I think he is a very good driver, but he got a very dark sense of humor . He don't care about the account beeing banned, as long as you guys(the top drivers in the game ) talk about him . 😅
We have a similar naughty player on the Asia/Oceania servers called "Sugitaku". If you seem him in your lobby, you know your race is basically ruined. I sometimes wonder if they're the same person.
I think group effort, everyone have a go at him the minute he starts behaving as he usually does. If he can keep it clean great, but if he is driving like that, group effort just have him taken out every chance you get.

Honestly, if you want to play demolition derby, go play it in wreckfest or some other game where that behavior is allowed. But I don't blame the owner here one bit. Some people can't seem to be in a racing game without trying to turn it into a demolition derby wreckfest game. They get what they deserve if they get put off the track, penalty or no.

I've been trying to rank up , and let's be honest as soon I see a Spanish flag I already know how will end up , and the game helps them they almost never get penalty and me that was sent off I get 0.5 or 1 mnt penalty because I went of the track lines , so I started just going g after them so at least the rest of the players can have a more or less good race 😂😂😂😂😂
Is not a bigger issue that you somehow took him out and did not receive a penalty? This stuff can happen because you can just take someone out like this and not get one. I'm not arguing on whether what you did was right or wrong, but that if they can't give a clear take out a penalty, how are they going to fix break checks? When getting banned from GT7, I guess you can just create a new email, make new PS account with it, buy a new PS Plus subscription and your back in the game while using the same console. So it will cost you 60 euro, and you have to level up in career mode to unlock the sports mode
I suspect the reason they don't touch these GT7 terrorists is that they'd probably feel obligated to be consistent across the board (PD is obsessed with this), which would lead to them removing a MASSIVE chunk of the player base. Keep in mind that the top splits are such a small percentage of the player base, and as soon as you get out of those top few splits, it's absolute carnage and mayhem from 80% of race fields. Zero spatial awareness or use of radar, zero race craft, zero sportsmanship - It's an absolute shit show. Literally 5-10 KIMI's in every race. Then again, we're playing a console racer (that was given out for free with who knows how many PS5 sales) where the overwhelming majority are playing on a controller, so we should probably curb our expectations a bit. Don't get me wrong, I'm not standing up for this behavior, it's cringe and just immature. That being said, I highly doubt PD will ever implement a system of rules and regulations that could possibly lead to a massive drop off in active players, it's just bad for business.
