Enjoyed listening to the three ladies with their father. Their respect towards their father, family bond that extends even to the next generation and their values intact are all commendable and admirable.
Happy to hear that the company is looking to give back to the environment.
But while I heard about marketing, growth, sales, promotion, pricing at affordability levels to cater to the larger market in India, I did not hear the word ‘nutritious products.’ I hope the Parle Agro brand will veer towards creating products with healthy ingredients, less sugar and more nutritious while keeping the pricing affordable.
The family has no gender issue, it is Rajdeep who cannot get it out of his mind. But thanks for this interview.
You are asking only about the gender differences, even they're telling they never felt, because once they are the owners you have to accept them whatever gender they are if you are interested to work with them, and they are very innovative and successful in their industry

I feel like Rajdeep had come prepared with one line of questioning and since it didn't work from the start he was just piling on and it felt forced. He should ask it once if he got the answer move on to a different line of question. But the whole interview he was asking the same question.
Rajdeep be like "Hmmmm.. I see you dont have nuts. Why are you even allowed to sit here?"

Absolutely. Rajdeep as usual thinks himself to be larger than life the way he interviews. Divisive questions and lack of humility in his way of asking questions. On the other hand Chauhan family came across as one unit, humble and down to earth. This man Rajdeep will never learn.

Would have enjoyed watching this but the interviewer was too annoying to just push the male - female narrative when they clearly stated that they were never discriminated against. Is he not able to stomach that these women did not face any difficulty? What an awful waste of opportunity.

Mr. Rajdeep doesn’t have a good sense of interviewing such important people. I mean what questions are you even asking? Gender inequality is far gone, which era are you living in?
Rajdeep Sardesai is an anti-India mouthpiece and how he got this job on India today blows my mind.
