ठिक उसी तरह इस्लाम में हर एक मुस्लिम लड़की/महिला के लिए हिजाब फर्ज है।
अगर कोई लड़की हिजाब नहीं कर रही ये उसका अपना फैसला है। लेकिन अगर कोई हिजाब कर रही है तो उसे हिजाब करने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता। हमारे देश का संविधान इसकी पुरी आजादी देता है।

Saree, kurta pajama, skirts, shorts or pants I try to incorporate moral values in both of them so that they never choose a path of self distruction or to distruct others. When they grow they should be known for their work for society, they should be valuable to the whole world. 23 जून 1757, में "पलासी लड़ाई" के बाद प्रोटेस्टेंट ब्रिटिश ईसाई यूरोपीय औपनिवेशिक शक्तियों ने बंगाल से सत्ता संभालना शुरु किया।
तब अंग्रेजों को समझ आया कि केवल मुसलमान ही उन्के विरोध करेंगे। क्योंकि सत्ता उनसे छीन ली गई है। अन्य समुदाय विशेष रूप से एक प्रकार के ब्राह्मणों ने औपनिवेशिक शक्तियों का भारी समर्थन किया।
1857 में महा-विद्रोह के बाद, अंग्रेजों ने "क़वानीन ए हिंदोस्तान" को टच किया। उद्देश्यपूर्ण ढंग से "मुस्लिम क़वानीन" को मूल क़वानीन अर्थाद् "फत्बा-ए-हिन्दिया" से अलग किया गया और उसको नाम बदलकर "फत्वा ए अलमगिरी" बना दिया गया।
बाकी क़वानीन बन गए "द हिन्दू लॉ, 1860"
(यानि मूल क़बानीन से मुस्लिम क़बानीन अलग और बाक़ी क़बानीन बन गये द हिन्दु लाॅ, 1860).
लेकिन समस्या यह था कि तब "हिन्दू" के रूप से कुछ भी अस्तित्व में नहीं था। इसलिए अंग्रेजों ने सन 1871 की पहली ब्रिटिश भारतीय जनगणना में कुछ गैर मुस्लिम भारतीय अधिकारियों को "हिन्दू" रूप में पंजीकृत किया। मुसलमानों को अलग पहचान मिली। ईसाइयों को उस समय पहला आधिकारिक मान्यता मिली।
धीरे-धीरे और लगातार अंग्रेजों ने भारतीय उप-महाद्वीप में इस्लाम और मुसलमानों की मुक़ाबला करने के लिए एक धर्म का निर्माण किया हैं।
मूल हिंदोस्तानी भाषा 1903 तक नस्तलीक लिपि में लिखी गई। तब औपनिवेशिक शक्ति ने मुसलमानों को आक्रमणकारियों के रूप में दिखाने के लिए मूल 700 साल पुरानी भाषा असली "जबान ए हिंदोस्तानी / जबान ए हिंदावी / लिसान अल हिंदवी" का नाम बदलकर उर्दू कर दिया।
और अंग्रेजों ने एक नई भाषा हिंदी बनाई (हिंदी नाम भी लिसन अल हिंदवी से लिया गया) जहां एक समुदाय का विशेष एकाधिकार मिला क्योंकि 1871 में एक ख़ास धर्म बनाया गया था! 😃
भारतीयों ने अब मूल जबान ए हिंदोस्तानी को म्लेच्छ भाषा "उर्दू" के नाम से लाथ मारके निकाल दिया, लेकिन हिंदी नाम रखा मुस्लिमों का हिंदोस्तान विरासत को क्लैम करने के लिए।
इस प्रकार में "हिंदोस्तान" को जन्म देने वाले मुसलमान अब अपनी राजनीतिक पहचान में चापलूस बन गए क्योंकि औपनिवेशिक शक्ति ने उस पहचान को धर्म में बदल कर दिया!
इस कारण से आप सुनेंगे

आपको अन्य सभी औपनिवेशिक इतिहास में ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं मिलेगा जहां एक राजनीतिक पहचान धार्मिक पहचान बन गई हो। वह पहचान जो राजनीतिक पहचान के निर्माताओं के खिलाफ इस्तेमाल की जाती है।

From my point of view dress code must be compulsory for educational institutions because it creates uniformity.
To uniform to pehnti na uski upar hijab pahnti hain so basically uniform main hain.
Why yogi adityanath wears bhagwa while working in the cm office why not like other cm he too should not use
Why sadhvi Pragya wears saffron clothes as MP in the parliament as well as in her office. Is she practising her religion, what ever it's her personal choice similarly hijab is the choice of any Muslim girl.
Most of the police stations and government offices and schools have a inbuilt Temple for pooja in it's premises where ever there is sufficient space the place is utilised for the above purposes. Also during ganesh chaturthi all the above govt institutions have kept a practice of Ganesh pooja in the govt premises. Nobody has a problem with this and we all respect such inclusions in the govt property whether it is written in the constitution or not. Why not hijab should be taken as healthy practice for those who want to do it any institutions.

Actually whatever Zameer Ahmed said is very true because as per the NCRB data the rapes in India is 88 everyday which has damaged the Indian image globally from 2014. In fact, in today’s world not wearing Hijab and Burkha is an invitation to rapes and it is the best to be on the safe side to wear Hijack and Burkha by all the women of all religions in the country to put India First to regain its image of Rape Free and peaceful country. Now it is time for BJP govt to make a law soon to pass in both the houses of parliament to make Hijab compulsory for all the girls and women in the country to avoid increasing number of rapes.
