Teddy is spectacular, thanks to God, Elisabeth, and Drew and their amazing family! 17+ hours home to CT...slept in our arms in the car! Slept with a minimum of crying in a crate in the motel. Have begun introducing him to his new home and his 2 brothers. Things could not be going better, but his brothers are ignoring him!
We used a water bottle with our basket hound when he was being crate trained. He would try and howl during the night. The best thing is the dint really realize it’s you doing it. Just if the bark this happens
We also used a spray bottle of water when molly was a puppy. We took her camping and Lo and behold this dog can bark. We had no idea. She started and would not stop. Had to buy a $1 water gun from campsite and she got the idea pretty fast it was not ok. Only had to pull it out and she knew what it meant
