6 cloves- garlic fine chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup- cornstarch
2 tsp/15g- salt iodized
1/4 tsp- vetsin (msg)
1 tsp- ground black pepper
150g- celery (grind or fine chopped)
lumpia wrapper small size 120-130 pieces
oil for frying (deep fried)
