Yes, and Bob Saget, who managed to tuck himself into bed and die after sustaining a head wound that was compared to an injury from 20 to 30 feet fall, isn't investigated for foul play at all!!
I don't know who bob saget is, maybe he just wasn't on TV in England but I'll look it up but I just wanted to point out that fatal head injuries in which the person just continued their normal life for a day or two before succumbing to it are more common and documented than one would think.
He didn't have an injury like that. A fall from a 5 story building onto your head would shatter your skull into many pieces, destroy the skin, and greatly deform the shape of the head. He had one abrasion on the back of his head. He had 3 fractures that are commonly seen in backwards falls from standing: one at the base of the skull, and one on each eye socket from where the shockwave runs into an edge. And it was investigated for foul play. That's what a cause and manner of death are. People die in their sleep after head injuries all the time. It's taught in every emergency aid class. I'm sorry that reality isn't exciting enough for you. Life isn't a movie.
think your imagination is getting the better of you. Have some respect for the dead.

Sorry, he is not "sober 18 months" if he was ingesting huge amounts of ketamine for "anxiety and depression" the point of being paralyzed and drowning due to immobility. - he is simply switching substances - his doctors should be charged, they are his dealers.
I think they are really doing a disservice to people with this ketamine lie. It is not innocuous.
If he was prescribed the drug for depression and anxiety (and yes, they do have a pill form,) then I could see how it could quickly turn into an addiction...and perhaps it should not have been prescribed. Perhaps if he were prescribed ketamine, they should have given him infusions in the hospital. I had a boyfriend that took ketamine for his regional sympathetic nerve disorder..it works for different ailments both mentally and physically.
Aren't most Dr 's,?
He had received ketamine infusions but they were over.
totally agree. These doctors need to be held accountable. Why go to rehab and come out and have a doctor put them on ketamine.

Correct and you wouldn’t be watching if it wasn’t Matthew Perry either also, maybe it doesn’t get this kind of debate, but we are getting prosecutions of drug dealers for drug related deaths at least here in Toronto
MATT PERRY killed Matt Perry. Solved
This is the best comment
I don't believe MP was on any path other than the same one. Addiction, rehab, sobriety, addiction. Death comes early when stuck in the cycle.
It never ends well..dead or insanity
Money and fame, can’t buy a cure for addiction, it just makes it even easier to fund your addictions.
The guy was a lifelong addict, why are they blaming everyone else?
because its the American way.
Matthew Perry killed Matthew Perry. Case closed.
Because his death is sketchy, shady, from the get go, and absolutely more than possible, a murder. (a set up for murder)
Just because Matthew was in addiction for a very long time, on and off, there isn’t a rule/s to say that “murder” like circumstances didn’t actually truthfully kill him.
Maybe he wanted to die in his hot tub
Ya...maybe so. Sad.@keiranbaker2268
Isn't ketamine therapy supposed to be monitored by a professional, in an office? How did he get so much in his system? I don't think it's safe to administer it to people at home, especially people with addiction..
Some of the places do the therapy remote and send you the pills and are instructed how to dose.
He was receiving Ketamine Tx at a Dr's office every few weeks & was doing well. He received one about 10-14 days before he passed. It's eliminated from the body within a few hours, so they knew it didn't have anything to do with the last treatment he received. Problem was, he was also ordering it online & receiving it by 📪, unbeknownst to his Drs. They're trying to determine who Rx it then mailed it to him, as the dose he took was lethal. 😢🙏🏼💞
He has money so he probably just paid whoever it was
Yeah, the monitor the patient's vital signs throughout, and a nurse administers intramuscular injections. Whatever happened to this actor is something he did to himself, he must have taken like 10 doses at once.
The fact that something called ketamin infusion, for an ex-drug addict suffering from depression, exists, is mind-boggling. What's their brand tag-line, "Just give up"?
People die everyday of overdose but no one cares who the dealer is unless you're famous. Weird
That's not true. Atleast his fame is shining a light on addiction.
Not true. Within the first 4 minutes Jesse talks about other cases
@@KimP0612 Considering the fact that he actually mostly talks about Matthew Perry you kind of wrong here. People not caring enough to put the dealers behind jail or 6 feet under We'll only allow this problem to continue to happen and grow
@@Spiritlife01 Not disputing your point, but the spotlight has always been on addiction, it’s just that most people don’t care unless it somehow affects them personally. Like the very beloved Matthew Perry passing away for example. There are a lot of people addicted to substances these days - a lot of people relying on medication to get through the day. I am one of those people.
The other uncomfortable reality is that a lot of those people (again, like me), who are on legal/illegal substances want to look away and bury their heads in the sand because they’re dealing with their own demons. We’ve got a big, big problem in this country and there is absolutely no easy answer.
Agreed 100% @cjsmith
Mr. Perry is responsible for his consumption, not his trusted connection!
They are thinking it’s linked to a book he was writing telling the sleeve in Hollywood- also he was under a doctors care
Why is it that when any celebrity dies of overdose, it's always someone else's fault?
Oh stop he was a grown adult taking a legal substance....there shouldn't be any criminal charges....its a tragedy yes but people die all the time....let him rest in peace
Thank you!! I feel the same way. As a person in recovery, I knew all the dangers involved and I still did it. I’ve overdosed several times, but never blamed the person who sold it to me. And I bet Matt Perry wouldn’t want that either.
Agree... It's frustrating when people LOOK for anyone related to the death like they need someone to take a fall over it. Dude made a choice and a tragedy occurred. I put this same philosophy in the Alec Baldwin case.
Yup!
Huh. So y'all think that drug dealers are just completely devoid of fault? People couldn't buy drugs if there wasn't scumbags selling them. Man, amerikkkans truly are so unbelievably selfish and ignorant lmao

Say it louder for the pubs in the back!
lol no it doesn’t. If anything it’s worse
are they filling lawsuits against liquor companies when an alcoholic dies?
I've been sober now 33 years...I will say this, I did not want to get clean. I disputed a lot when I was making meetings. But after a year I realized my life was way better than it was before. I cried when Matthew Perry died, but I have also learned in order for you to stay clean, you must practice daily abstinent.
Leave my plug alone if I overdose!!
As a non-illicit drug addict and someone who works in IT, if you feel that way then I would recommend you do your best to cover the tracks leading to your plug. Maybe you’re doing this stuff already and if so, I’m sorry - but I always recommend a burner phone hidden away in a wall/floor cavity, which is just a basic precaution or you could use something like the Signal app (although in reality, I truly believe that’s not immune from being breached/monitored).
The truth is, deleting data on phones does absolutely nothing these days, EVERYTHING is recoverable.

Why would they be held accountable? do you think people are responsible for other people’s actions?
She did it to herself so what do you want to happen?
@karensmith3154 I dunno maybe the people that watched her die instead of calling an ambulance could go to jail? Failing to render aid is a crime. Selling drugs to kids is also illegal. I'm sure you would feel different if the person that died was someone you knew. Also she was 16 and the guy that gave her the pills was a grown man that pimps girls out. Hardly someone worth defending but if that's the hill you want to die on go ahead I guess lol.
Drugs are a choice. Alcohol is also a choice. NEITHER ONE ARE A DISEASE. Matthew Perry CHOSE to do what he did. END OF STORY.
You sound ignorant
All the money in the world couldn't save him from himself... Where were his friends!?
😂
In their luxury mansions
For all the love in the world, you can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped. That's what interventions are for.
They weren't responsible either for his addiction or this ketamine he got. They've supported him through his addiction and relapses for decades. But do your friends live in your house and leave their family, and will they stay with you for the rest of your life, babysitting you 24/7 to make sure you don't do anything to yourself?
They have to help themselves
Using Ketamin during a therapy session might help some people, but it sounds like it could also lead to addiction. You give people who already are at a higher risk of getting into addiction as a way of self medicating something that works, they want it again, but they can't have it legally. If they're really desperate they might end up finding someone who sells them the illegal stuff.
I see your point… There’s tons of addictive substances out there, legal and illegal. Though I think the alternative, being without treatment) needs to be considered as well. I (unfortunately) have fairly severe anxiety issues and it’s hard to function normally without help… it’s really a double-edged sword, because now you’re taking substances that are addictive and if you’re not careful, your judgment could be impaired and/or you could die.
There’s just no easy answer to this problem yet. Maybe there will be in the future as gene therapies/things like CRISPR progress, but it all sucks so much currently.
I don't think you understand why . Opiod withdrawal has insane withdrawal symptoms. They replace it with something temporary to lessen side effects . It's easier to get of a drug you did a few weeks compared to something u did for years
@@droo3010it doesn't matter how many weeks or years you did opioids. The withdrawals don't increase based on that. They could be worse based on dosage, but not on time. They aren't talking about using ketamine to help with withdrawals. They are talking about using it as a therapy tool.
The thing is that its used hundreds of thousands times a day during anesthesia. So why dont more people get hooked on the feeling of termorary relief from fx depression and or anxiety after that?
Not that simple. Ketamine is worth a try for folks with pstd depression etc. Also to get out of addiction.
The problem with celebreties with money and fame and no breaks on,they tend to overindulge and have docs that cant say "no".
Plus the greedy luxury rehabs do not really want the treatment to last in the long run. All about the money.
Sad really. All medicine/drugs has its place. Contemplating ketamine trial for my war pstd. But keep on dragging my feet. Have a phobia for nausea. Kept me from trying anything really.
Why? Because he was rich and famous? If he was any other regular junkie nothing would be done...
That’s true.
Exactly
Not really , but I see your point ; but the narrator did mention other cases of drug dealers being prosecuted for selling drugs to ordinary non wealthy famous people ☝🏽
Because a drug dealer is not like a doctor, maybe ??
The word junkie just promotes the stigma… Addiction is a disease and he was in recovery… Anyway, find a different word would be much appreciated… Think about it if it were your child or your niece or nephew?
Dude did drugs and killed himself. Moving on.
Could happen to everyone with the same problems, but shouldn't.
The VAST majority of people who provide drugs to other people are drug users themselves who are dealing to fund their own habits. It's not drug dealers who are the problem but drug addiction.
Addiction isn’t the problem, as it is a 100% avoidable situation. Human stupidity is the root.
Childhood trauma is the root of drug use which leads to addiction.
If people weren't in pain they would be doing other things than self medicating. 😢
