Sir my niece apply student visa and I sponsor her but after interview they reject her visa and told her we not sour you com back two time she apply and they gave the same reason please can you help us what we do now I live in Houston and she live in karachi
A visa applicant from outside US must demonstrate strong ties with the home country and that he/she will return back to home country as soon as his/her studies are completed. Intention to leave US at the time of visa/entry is a must. Uncle/Aunty cant be sponsors if both parents are alive
