ON SATURDAY NIGHTS beginning at 9 PM ET - MIDNIGHT ET I feature Vocal Group Harmony, Doowop and Rhythm & Blues from the 1950's & early 1960's chronologically by YEAR....I program the show based on the requests I get from YOU the listener.....send me your requests at vinyltreasures@aol.com I reserve the right to play requests that fit the format. ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON beginning at 3 PM ET - about 5:30 PM ET I program DAY Show....recently this has been an ALL 78 Show...and I will continue with that format, for as long as I can! When I liken your programs to John R's, I am really expressing gladness that you are doing today what he did when I was growing up in the 50s and 60s; playing great music by extremely talented people who were never given the recognition or the opportunities that their contemporaries received. One of the reasons I prefer to send you my requests via TH-cam is that people seeing this can search TH-cam for the music and they can listen to the songs that way, as well as listening to your uploads of the shows. Most of the songs I've requested were taken from tapes of John Rs WLAC Ernie's Record Mart programs, circa 1966-1973, the year he signed off for the last time. It's another way of keeping the music alive and furthering the appreciation as well as the education of today's music listening public.
Oh yeah, I remember those dudes playing for the Eagles. The Eagles were always my favorite NFC East team. I've been with them since the days of Randall Cunningham. 😂

Yes Mark...I never knew that was in demand...but I also have it on the the original label...but not as clean as the ABC Paramount issue...got it very cheap...a long time ago $5....can't go wrong with that....Johnny
