I’m not in graduate school yet but I’ve been doing research with some mentors from an reu on and off for 2 years and towards the end of our first paper I really started to drag my feet on finishing it. It got so bad one of my mentors thought I had lost interest in the research and they thought they might have to get someone else to present my research at a conference because I was really bad about checking my email. I felt especially bad because I was made first author for the paper and I felt like I didn’t deserve it because I wasn’t very involved with the final stages of getting it published. Now we are working on a second paper and I’m trying really hard to make up for it and go above and beyond with the second paper.
You are constantly fighting against second laws of thermodynamics by keeping your self ordered. I'm studying second year physics your videos keeps me motivated. Stay strong.

Dear, please add more veg to your diet. If you don't know how to cook them, just boil (if necessary, like broccolis ) and stirred fry them with some soy sauce, garlic and olive oil ( soy sauce make any vegetables taste good, believe me..).
