Bro, the things I could do from ages 4-19 were insane. I’m 22 now but it was ridiculous how a plastic brain behaved compared to my brain now. Brains like that are wasted on the youth…
One of the problems with Europe is that France alone is hard carrying the scene. Yea sometimes there's a somewhat important regional in either Spain or Germany, there was Icarus in Italy, but that's about it. The French scene is so incredibly alive, growing and expanding, if it was the same as the rest of the big countries, things would've been much worse.
Nice thing about france is the deep talent pool. Other european countries have very top heavy talent, and not that many mid level players to play in tournaments so you won't see big majors in those countries.
@@Chario_ Well I'm french and I doubt that last point. Macron met famous people in esports just before the elections. He did not do a single thing he promised to them :/
It's thanks to glutonny. He accepted Solary sponsorship because they could help the scene to grow in France. He is the reason why smash is big in France
@@Chario_ To be honest the government mostly help the gaming school (the one that produce games if I recall) and Macron don't like video games/gaming community. Most of the influencers he met are upset on how he did nothing for them afterward and mostly pressured them to come, they now know that Macron only used them to pick up some vote for him for the next presidentials
"If the rest of the world played Gluto as much as we do in Europe they would get farmed as well." He really said that. I'm paraphrasing of course but that is what he said. He has massive faith in Gluto. He did win Tera after all though, so he's probably not wrong.
I mean leo stopped playing with him because every time they play together gluto gets better against him and he's already beating his ass, the more you play against him the less chance you have at beating him so if you look at people who have 5+ sets against him, aside from sonix, shuton and maister who still haven't been figured out because worst three mu of wario, everyone has lost the most recent encounters, only spargo manages to keep up
@@LorbyOwoand he's not the only one in that situation, light is already prepared to lose every time, leo also and those are top 10 players, if he gets a few more matches with spargo it might end up the same too
Bro and they put YOSHIDORA TOP 10, for god sake I hate you all, Gluto is top 5 for sure. He was right, you can win almost everything in Europe and still doesn't count. Too bad we don't have Japan lmao the worst player in there is ranked better tham half Europe and half America just because he farms points in those weekly majors lmao
@@erickalvarez6486 In general, I cannot take boyfriends or husbands seriously, because they do not put a premium on videogames. Glutonny is so much better than Yoshidora!
It would be so cool an interview with bloom (my dream content). Also, I wonder why you didn't talk in spanish since it's your native language, you would just have to put substitles. Personally it wouldn't bother me hearing spanish, maybe because I am not american and I know how much it's hard to explain your point of view in a language that you don't speak natively. Although Sisqui did well at this interview, I still think that it would have been more interesting in spanish.
What i've noticed from Europe is thet same problem the Melee scene had for quite a while, is that a lot of their talent don't go outside much, in Europe it wasn't heard of until Armada and Leffen started to trave more, and now in ultimate, Gluto and Sisqui are the ones that travel more Thankfully it seems like other europeans are willing to travel more like Bloom, Raflow, Tarik and Andres (Tho the last one was couldn't even traver around Europe due to illness)
Truth about Glutonny is that he find the European scene not what he would like it to be ? Damn bro :) There are worst region for smash than Europe, but there is clearly an over-representation of US or Japanese players in top 100. Not that they don't deserve it, but other region need to step up. However I think he agreed with Sisqui that those last two years, situation improved greetly in Europe. Or maybe just last year. I don't remember well :D
Very clickbaity, what Sisqui clearly means is that Glutony is not really optimistic about european smash future, appart from that bro is french that's all, thats just how we are tbh x)
This arguments sucks for two reason: One, in japan a lot of tournaments are A and more, because at one point japenese players travelled and beat some ass in others regions, so when they're playing in their country and losing, it show how much the japenese scene is strong Second, Bloom is a top 30 worldwide player wtf are you talking about

Probably helped by the fact that the French government puts a lot of support behind its esports, including Smash (Gluto even met Macron at one point)
