Hello, for a simple crane (like the model you've built) but one that isn't movable, how do we calculate the weight it can carry and the counterweight?

I just wanted to let you know I followed your design using toothpicks to make a crane cake topper for my daughter. I wish TH-cam would allow posting photos because I would send you a pic.
